Cat sitter in Tunbridge Wells

This was Lottie’s first time looking after my two fur babies, Anya & Banku. Banku was smitten with Lottie from the first time he met her. Anya is my shy kitty but Lottie persisted and ensured she was still fed. I would definitely use Lottie again, she was great!!!

Lottie is a great cat sitter, very reliable and kind. She communicated well before and during the booking and kept me posted about how my cat was doing while I was away. Lottie has been very helpful with Puzzle. She managed the hard task of approaching a very nervous and shy cat. After only two days, they were friends like they know each other since 5 years. When I came back, my house was how I left it. Really recommend Lottie to look after your anxious cats !

Lottie did exactly what we asked her to do. Two visits a day. One cat injected with insulin each visit. Both cats fed. We would be happy to ask her to look after the cats next time we are away. Thank you Lottie!

Unfortunately Lottie didn't follow instructions, not playing daily and not cleaning the litter daily. Photos were only sent sparingly on request.

RESPONSE FROM THE SITTER:

I followed the instructions given to me verbally by the owner, including changing the filters in the water fountains, pulling wet cat hair out of the fountains, and emptying the litter trays daily. Photos were not requested to be sent daily and so were provided when they asked for an update. I even sent a video of me playing with the cats with their toys after they demanded proof. I have had numerous bookings before this cat owner and since this booking, all of whom have been happy with my services. Lottie
