Lisa was amazing. She cleaned the litter tray (which I really didn't expect her to do). She sent photos and a message every day which really put my daughters mind at rest. The Lisa messages became the highlight of the day. I would definitely hire her again, and 100% recommend 🤩

Not only did Lisa organise leave from her job in Wales to look after Timmy whilst we had an early Christmas, when we got flu and had to make changes at short notice, she was able to do this with no issues and even asked her mum, Penny to help out. Timmy has really taken to Penny and we're happy to have either of them catsit in future for us.

First time we booked a sitter, we were very nervous but very reassuring of Lisa’s enthusiasm towards our two young cats. Very friendly, followed what was in our little guide booklet and came home to our happy cats. Great service :)

Lisa not only provided the usual fuss and care for Timmy, but having just started a job in Swansea, she also roped in her mum, Penny! Timmy met Penny before we spent 6 days in Lapland and settled really well with her. We were worried about booking a holiday during Diwali and Fireworks Night but came home to find Timmy his usual chatty self.

Lisa was wonderful with our two cats. One of my cats has trust issues but he warmed to her straight away. They were so happy, calm and well looked after. Thank you!

This was our longest time away from Timmy since we rehomed him so it was great that he had a familiar face in Lisa to visit daily and check on him. We got back from 10 days away in Lisbon/The Azores confident and reassured that Timmy was taken care of. He's very chatty and attention seeking with Lisa now so I know he's very comfortable with her.

Lisa has been fantastic to look after our cat. Such a peace of mind knowing that Lisa would come over every day and spend some time with Moustache, while we’re away. He's getting less timid and plays with her, which is huge improvement!

Lisa was amazing looking after my cat during her final hours and after deciding that I would get 2 kittens to fill the hole that Whitney left there is no other person I would want to look after my furry babies.

Lisa did a great job giving Timmy some fuss and interaction whilst we were away for a wedding and again the following week when we travelled to check in with the parents-in-laws.

She kept his water bowl fresh, and gave him some treats in his ball to keep his brain active. He was extremely chatty on the last day and this has continued since!

Lisa was amazing as always and KitKat was very happy to see her again.

A family emergency meant we had to book Lisa at short notice and as usual she was ready and willing to look after Timmy.

She gave us daily photo updates and made sure he had food, fuss and fresh water as well as setting our post aside. SHe was also on hand to extend her visits when we had to stay a few days longer. Thank you as usual!

Another great job from Lisa! We had an early Christmas as we're working through it and booked Lisa to look in on Timmy whilst we were away.

She even got to meet his new friend during the Key Collection & Routine Run-through and he understands when Lisa visits what it means and is very happy as he knows her as part of his 'Feeder Family'!

We booked Lisa with short ish notice 1.5 weeks before and she was still available and was as great as always, keeping us updated with photos and messages each day. It's a real highlight when our Timmy Update comes through! He's very comfortable with her now and it's great that he's developed such a great rapport with her and that we have someone we can count on whenever we go away.

Lisa was great in taking care of Mawi. She kept me updated and I was able to travel stress free knowing my fur baby is being looked after. I came back to a relaxed cat. 😁

Timmy has built up a real rapport with Lisa now. We asked Lisa to look in on him whilst we went abroad. This was our longest time away, our first holiday post pandemic and since we got Timmy so we wanted someone to give him human fuss and attention because he's so soppy and a real Dogcat.

Lisa sent us great updates, photos and videos and they were a real highlight to our evenings! It really was a weight off our minds and he has such a great relationship with Lisa now. Couldn't recommend her more.

My cats are pretty unfriendly, but Lisa managed to get them to come out and socialise (which is a huge deal). We came home to a super clean tray, tidy kitchen, and happy kitties. Couldn’t have asked for more!

We had Lisa back again a month later whilst we visited the parents-in-law. We're working over Christmas so did an early Christmas and Lisa was great giving us a Timmy update everyday. They are best pals now with Lisa being treated to his loud purrs and chat. He will only be more vocal in the future!

Timmy is very comfortable with Lisa now, greeting her at the door and it's such a weight off our minds knowing he's got someone to check in on him. I'm a regular now!

Just under 2 years ago, we asked Lisa to pop in and visit Timmy whilst we visited family over Christmas and never thought it would be another 2 years before we'd meet again!

Just got back from a visit to my Mom for her birthday and Lisa remarked how much of a changed cat Timmy is now, with more confidence and loud purrs! Lisa gave us photo updates each day and told us he greeted her at the door every day! As it was mild, he toiletrd outside but Lisa made sure he had lots of strokes, fed him and changed his water whilst also picking up post and putting it 1 side (I'm part of an international carding community so I get a fair amount!). It really helps put our mind at ease about being able to go away for a few days without Timmy feeling too abandoned!

We're already booking her in for our next trip visiting family!

Lisa was all I could have hoped for. She visited twice a day for 2 weeks. My cat loved her and she sent me cute and funny pictures and updates of him everyday I was away. She even bought more food when it ran out, took in the post and open and closed the curtains. She was kind, caring and I felt fully comfortable as soon as I met her. Lisa was excellent. She responded quickly to my booking and follow-up questions, regulary let me know how my cat was while I was away & I came home to an obviously well-cared-for cat. I will certainly try booking her again next year.

Lisa did twice daily visits to Timmy for us whilst we were away to see family over Xmas. She was happy to visit on Xmas Day and gave us regular updates as well as photos. She was also happy to meet Timmy and do a Meet & Great beforehand so we could meet. Lisa is very warm and gentle with Naala . On my return found Naala very comfortable and relaxed , which was an absolute pleasure to come back to . I am very pleased to have found Lisa and will definitely use her more often , have more weekends away without having to worry about Naala now .

Lisa is fantastic! She was reliable, she sent us messages and pictures of our cat each day, she played with our cat each day. When we arrived home, we found our cat with plenty of food and water, and even a clean litter box. Most importantly, our cat was very happy and loved Lisa.

Lisa was very quick to respond when I first contacted her and kept me informed throughout my time away with photos and videos. Miaows seems to really love Lisa and was a very content and happy little cat when I got home. I 100% recommend Lisa and will be asking her to look after Miaows again in the future.

Lisa has been looking after our little Monster for a week while we were on holiday and everything went perfectly fine.
