Ria was fantastic with our boys! We have 2 under 1yo who love to play and be fussed. Ria sent us videos everyday on what they were up to. She had bought toys with her that they really enjoyed. She videoed them playing and running up and down the stairs. When we got home our boys were just the same as we left them. Fun and affectionate. 10/10

Ria provided a purr-fect (sorry) service for my cat while we were away over Christmas. Definitely recommend Ria. This was the first time our whole family went away since getting two BSH kittens. Ria met with us prior, making us feel comfortable and easing any concerns. By the end of the two weeks, our shy kitten that is terrified of strangers was purring and rubbing all over Ria. She also sent videos of the boys each day!

I can’t recommend Ria highly enough. My boy Bud is very shy and nervous of strangers but with a lot of patience and understanding, Ria was able to gain his trust a little more each day. So much so that towards the end of our holiday Bud was on Ria’s lap purring away! The daily videos and photos of Bud were lovely and it was reassuring to see how well Bud was responding to Ria’s expert care. It was an absolute joy to come back to a well cared for and happy cat. Ria will definitely be my go to person whenever we go away as I am confident that he will be in safe hands - Ria’s brilliant. 😀

I used Ria’s cat sitting services for the first time recently, having seen her excellent reviews and noting how close in proximity she lives to me.

I have 4 cats, one of who was diagnosed with diabetes this year meaning he has two injections of insulin twice a day 12 hours apart. This would be the first time since his diagnosis I’d be leaving him and I was nervous trusting someone else to take care of such a daunting and important task, but I needn’t have worried - Ria was simply fantastic. She couldn’t have done a better job.

Ria not only clearly cares about animals, and I was assured of the well-being of my cats through video and WhatsApp updates, but she was also diligent and trustworthy with our cats diabetes treatment, ensuring he had his injections in accordance with the instructions left for her.

I won’t hesitate to use Ria again, I now feel so much more comfortable that I can leave my cats, particularly our diabetic boy, and know they are in safe hands.

Letting a stranger into your home to look after a loved pet is not something you do lightly. But from the minute we met Ria we knew we’d made the right decision. Ria sent us photos/videos every day with an update on how Tilly was behaving. It was obvious that Tilly took to Ria really quickly which is not always the case. We felt totally relaxed about leaving her for a week under Ria’s care and we came home to find her relaxed and well cared for. I would have no hesitation in booking Ria again and highly recommend her. She was brilliant!

This is the first time I have used this service and can highly recommend it. Ria visited prior to the arranged dates to meet Bella and ask all the relevant questions for her care. Unfortunately Bella left through the catflap at every visit but Ria still contacted me daily with photos of empty food bowls. When we returned from holiday Bella was relaxed and happy. I will definitely be booking again for next holiday.

We are a so impressed with Ria as a cat sitter! She is really lovely as a person and my cats liked her instantly. She stayed over with our babies while we were away this past weekend and not only have we arrived back home to happy cats, the house is just as we left it. On the first occasion, Ria was patient and good-humoured about the revelation that my recently adopted stray was in fact not neutered, contrary to the vet’s conclusion. Ria put up with all manners of unladylike behaviour and was a valuable source of advice for me in dealing with the matter.

The second occasion was a week after the neutering surgery, and Ria gave me regular updates of how my cat was healing.

My fur baby was happy and playful with Ria, and was very relaxed, affectionate and content when we returned.

Ria was the perfect professional at all stages, and extremely respectful of my home and totally non-judgemental of my desperate need to vacuum 😂

Everyday, we received videos and pictures set to music and festive images.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Ria will be my first choice for all my future sitting needs.

The best cat sitter ever! Five stars aren't enough for her. Ria is amazing while I was away she updated me daily about my cat Luna with pics and videos and even got close to her, which is very rare given how shy and scared Luna is of strangers. Will book her again, if available.

I don’t know how she did it but Ria managed to transform my elderly, fussy, temperamental and antisocial fur baby into a literal ‘pussy cat’ !! I’d warned her of Belle’s unfriendliness yet I got daily video messages of purring?? Of eating all of whatever food was offered ?? Is this the same cat??

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ria. She visited twice daily and sent me video and text message updates every day. On my return I found a detailed list of each visit including what food had been offered and eaten etc and my home was left spotlessly clean and tidy.
