As always we recieved excellent care from Gemma with regular updates, photos and videos of our cat. Gemma even made progress with earning our scardy cat's trust and they were able to enjoy some cuddles. I really admire Gemma's patience, you can tell she loves cats.

We came back to a very clean home and a very content and cuddly cat :)

We love Gemma! She is always so professional, responsible and friendly. But best of all, she's great with PeeWee! We always come home to a content and happy kitty (and a cheery note from Gemma welcoming us back). She sends us daily updates with videos and photos, and we just know that PeeWee is in excellent hands with Gemma. Gemma is truly a gem!

Gemma is so wonderful. We had an issue coming back as planned and she happily did some extra visits with our cat. She is also always trying to engage our shy cat when we are away and does an amazing job looking after her. I can't recommend Gemma enough.

We had to book our holiday last minute and Gemma was very kind and helped us with our cat Truquette. We received daily pictures and came back to a very happy kitty. She was amazing with our little fur baby!

Gemma and Ed provided excellent care to our cat Sparkle at very short notice. We initially contacted Ed who had to self isolate just before we were due to leave. So Gemma stepped in. Very pleased with her comms throughout and she takes lovely pictures too! When her partner Ed took over, he provided the same excellent care and comms. They make a fabulous team. Sparkle was happy and we came home to a very relaxed cat and healthy plants. Very pleased and thankful.

Gemma was amazing looking after our Lilly. She stayed to play with her, gave her some good cuddles, and a good brushing too! Lilly seemed very happy and content when we got home :)

Gemma was so lovely and was really great with Miya who loved her! She was relaxed and happy when we got home. Would certainly recommend Gemma and hope to book her again!

Gemma was amazing! She kept us updated every day with pictures, videos and detailed updates. Our cat, PeeWee, is usually very anxious and shy around strangers, but she loved her daily visits from Gemma. It made our trip so much more relaxing to know that PeeWee was content and well cared for by her new friend, Gemma.

Always a pleasure dealing with Gemma. She's very kind and caring and looked after Georgie when I was away for the first time in a long time. If you need her to look after your mog, you're in very safe hands.

Gemma did a great job looking after our cat while we were away over the bank holiday. She did her best to put our minds at ease before the booking. She was very polite and flexible and put in a lot of effort to make our shy cat comfortable.

Gemma was very friendly when we met and instantly got on well with one of our cats. She understood a lot of potential difficulties with cats and asked relevant questions. Provided daily photos which were excellent and great to receive. A real cat person.

Sweet Gemma! Almist every holiday I had I booked her for cat-sitting my sweet Oliver. She is so clean, understand my cat needs, very gentle - the perfect cat-sitter. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Gemma. She was very quick to respond and reliable. Our cats also seemed to warm to her instantly, letting her play and stroke them quite quickly which isn't always an easy feat.

Gemma was very considerate when dealing with my cat who had turned quite nervous due to other cat sitter used previously who had spooked him and turned him anxious of visitors. Sometimes needs a little prompt to give updates but always replies with pics and ensures kitties are happy and content. This is my second time using Gemma and she always shows respect and is a lovely girl. Would recommend.

Gemma is a great cat-sitter and has looked after my mog George several times. She treats my cat with lots of care and attention and is good with communication. Gemma has also helped me out with some last minute requests when I have been held up for work. Definitely would recommend. She's a star.

Gemma is a very warm and reliable person. She has a lot of experience with cats and generally cares about them and enjoys them! My cat is very shy, she was very understanding and gave her the space she needed while still doing a great job looking after her!

Very pleased with how communicative, flexible, pacient and responsible Gemma is. We received daily updates, photos and videos via WhatsApp and it was great to know that someone is keeping an eye on the house as well as our little angel. Our trip was definitely better knowing that everything back home was running smoothly and it was all thanks to Gemma. Once again, Gemma has proved to be just the best at what she’s doing. Our cat, Bubbles had a problem whilst we were away and needed to go to the vets urgently. As I couldn’t be there, Gemma was happy to take him and also administer any medication that he needed. I wouldn’t know what I would have done if she wasn’t there. She goes above and beyond what is necessary. We couldn’t be more happy with the CatInAFlat experience so far. Thank you Gemma!

Gemma was wonderful! This is the second time she’s been taking care of Bubbles and we couldn’t be more happy! We found the house cleaner than when we left :)) and a very very happy cat! She is so reliable and communicative that I am not thinking twice about going away just because we know our little fluff wonder is on really good hands!

Gemma was lovely. I instantly got a good feeling from her when she came to visit with her boyfriend. They were both very playful with my cat which is what I wanted. Overall all went fine. I did wish I would get a bit more details about times in advance that Gemma would visit and then a bit more detail about each visit but it’s not a major thing. She did sent me messages and pictures on each of her visits which was lovely for us to receive while we were away. She did everything as asked and I could feel that I could trust her with the house.
