Great service and great communication!

Excellent attention to detail and great communication; we loved the updates we received on our two cats. One of our cats is a bit unsure of new people and stayed in his hiding place for a few days but accepted chin scratches and eventually came out of hiding following their efforts.

Knowing that Abi and Phil always do such a great job at looking after our cat gives us peace of mind whilst away. We particularly look forward to the creative photos and stories from each visit.

Abi and Phil were super! Zorro and Zafira were happy and healthy when we arrived home (which is different to them being in a cattery, they were so much better in their own environment). Phil and Abi keep us updated every day with photos and a little story of playtime. Highly recommend them!

Then she set up a WhatsApp group and kept us updated with photos and videos whilst on our trip which gave us peace of mind and stopped the worrying whilst we were away. Absolutely amazing! Charlie is a very anxious rescue cat. They took all of Charlie’s needs to heart and visited us before our booking to learn more about him and his routine. They sent regular updates with the most adorable photographs and captions after every visit. Charlie was so very well looked after. Incredibly reliable and caring!

Abi and Phil are amazing. Really flexible and accommodating. Both of our cats were super relaxed and happy when we came home. The updates of the cats during the holiday were great and you can tell they were very happy and comfortable with them(especially by the empty food bowls). We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Abi and Phil were great! They sent me photos of our princess every single day, which were like taken by a pro! They also kept our downstairs clean and tidy just as we left it. :) I highly recommend both of them!

Amazing. It was so nice to know that the cats were being looked after so well in our absence. Every visit led to some beautiful and amusing pictures. One of our cats requires medication and Abi took is all in her stride.

Abi looked after our cat Leo and she was great with sending regular updates. Abi was very punctual with each visit and gave us reassurance that Leo was doing well in our absence - cannot thank Abi enough!

There are no words to describe how fantastic Abi was with our two cats. We were away for two weeks, and we had updates every visit with lots of pictures and videos which showed two very happy and well looked after cats. She answered all of our questions, gave us updates on litter box usage and how the cats were eating, and gave me quite a lot of assurance that all was well since this was our first time leaving them for longer than 3 days.

We came home, and there were no signs that they had been lonely or sad during our whole time away. They were just as happy and calm as they always are.

Abi also kindly watered our plants and took out the bins for us.

I can't recommend her enough, and we will definitely look to booking her first when we travel again.
