About Me
Cat sitter in Colchester
I had my first cat when I was 4, a rescue cat who was found in a cardboard box with her brothers and sisters and mum in a ditch by a friend of my mum's. The vet said she was too young to be spayed, then when we took her back a couple of weeks later we were told she couldn't be spayed because she was pregnant. So we kept one of the kittens and rehomed the rest. That kitten subsequently had kittens the following year, I delivered the runt of the litter on our landing (aged 6), and he was my cat for the next 15 years. Every since he died, I haven't been able to find it in my heart to get another furry friend as he was irreplaceable, but I seem to be the go to person if anyone goes on holiday and needs their furry buddies looking after. For some reason they think I am the one doing them a favour. It takes me twice as long to get into town as it should because I can't pass a cat without stopping to make a fuss of it and have a chat.
