About Me

Experienced cat sitter based in Stockport.

My name is Em, I'm 36 and work for the NHS as a Registered Nurse. I live in Stockport with my partner Benny, we currently have a cat gang of 3: Taco, Salsa and Peaches-Gringa. They all get along amazingly and love to wash and play with eachother.

I absolutely adore animals, especially cats. I love how independent but loving they can be, as well as just cute and fluffy!

I have plenty of experience with cats: from family pets growing up to the start of my own cat family over 15 years ago.

I began cat sitting for friends and neighbours over 10 years ago. This led to being recommended to friends of friends. I have been cat sitting on Cat In A Flat since 2018.

I also have experience of volunteering for the RSPCA with cats. I am DBS checked through my employer with the NHS which has been verified to use Cat In A Flat.

I have cat sat whilst living in Chorlton and Levenshulme. I now mostly cover the Heatons, and areas close to central Stockport and Stepping Hill. If you are in any areas closeby, please message me as I may still be able to cat sit for you.

Before the start of the booking I will arrange to come and meet you and your cat(s). Here we can go over requirements, sort keys etc.

I always offer updates on how your cats are doing whilst you're away, this can be each visit, daily and with photos or just every few days, whatever you prefer :)

I can also do little extras free of charge and within reason such as putting aside post/parcels, opening/closing curtains and watering plants.

    We couldn’t have been happier with the way Em looked after Moofie. She was so good with him, definitely a cat person. He seemed really happy and settled when we got home.
