Maria’s Moggies
I'm a freelance photographer and translator, originally from NYC, who's been living in London for over 20 years. In my spare time, I attend tap dancing classes, collect vinyl records, go to galleries and museums, amongst other things (it's a long list!).
My family had several cats and a couple of dogs when I was a child. The last cat that I had, Morris Jr., was an orange tabby who was found by mother, hiding under one of the bushes on their property. I then became Morris Jr's primary caretaker after she died.
After being in London for such a long time, I’m finally living in a cat friendly home😻 I recently adopted an older black cat 🐈⬛ called Maya. I spoil her with loads of affection & toys (which she ignores 😹). I love her that much that I even created an Instagram account for her! I love spending time with animals in general. I think this Cat in a Flat thing is a great idea, which is why I signed up to be cat sitter.
My services include head scratches, cuddles and befriending your kitty with a Dreamie or two 😹. Although if they’re on a restricted diet, I’ll leave the Dreamies at home! I’m based near Streatham Common, so I’ll cover up to a mile from this area.
