Genesis was a fantastic cat sitter! First time using this site & we were a bit nervous but all that went away as soon as we met Genesis. Frequent communications, lots of lovely pictures & she made the time to stay longer to see if our cat would come out to play or have cuddles when he was being shy. Would definitely book again! This is our first time using Genesis to look after our cat and she has been amazing, a real professional. Checked in on all the days we agreed on, always updated us and sent us photos and we could tell our cat was getting all the loved he needed while we were away. Genesis is our go to sitter and I can't remember how ofter we've asked her to look after Raphy, our cat. She is fantastic with him, we always come back to a very happy cat. She takes the time to hang out with him and gives him lots of attention. She also looked after our plants while away and left flat tidier than it was!

I would highly recommend Genesis to anyone. She was a delight throughout the time she looked after our cats, keeping us regularly updated morning and evening, sending photos of the cats which showed that they were being well looked after and that she was spending some time with them, going that extra mile. She was very considerate.

From the very first message to the end of our booking Genesis has been an absolute star - great communication, frequent photo and video updates (for the anxious cat parent in me) and just a lovely human. Orion enjoys spending time with Genesis and I'll definitely be booking her again!

Genesis agreed to a very last minute request to care for my kitty Ghost, as there was one day that our regular cat sitter couldn't make it. He naughtily made his escape when she came by, but she expertly lured him back inside the house (unheard of for a first meeting!) and took good care of him. Thanks again, Genesis!
