Our cat was very well looked after by Suzanne, who sent us updates every day. Highly recommended and will be using again!

Suzanne was once again great with Felix, updating us with a picture every few days. Felix normally hides as soon as we have visitors. He has become less and less shy with Suzanne over the weeks. Today he did not hide when someone else came to visit us. I fully believe this is because of the gentle way in which Suzanne has treated him over recent weeks. It makes him more relaxed with other outside visitors too. Thanks Suzanne x

Suzanne looked after Felix just great again. We loved seeing the regular pictures she sent us of him. It’s nice to see they developed a bit of a bond over the weeks.

Suzanne has looked after my cat a couple of times now and it’s nice to not have to worry at all when I’m away. She clearly loves animals and goes out her way to ensure any needs your pet has are met. The daily update pictures are a nice way to put your mind at ease. The whole process with dealing with her is a smooth as you could wish for

Suzanne has been cat sitting for me for nearly 2 years now. I've always found her to be polite, friendly, helpful and quick to respond to messages. She sends regular updates while you're away via WhatsApp. My cat Lola is very timid around people she doesn't know but Suzanne has gained her trust and she is always a happy cat when I get home! I would highly recommend Suzanne as a sitter. She provides a very professional and flexible service.

Booked again because Suzanne was Greta last time around, now booked her for our summer holidays again. The cat (very shy) is finally getting used to her now too.

Suzanne was lovely. She communicated clearly and responded swiftly prior to our holiday. She was happy to be flexible, as we weren’t sure until last minute whether we’d be able to go or not. Whilst we were away she sent us daily updates via WhatsApp and when our timed cat feeder didn’t work she offered to use her own. After we returned she communicated clearly and was flexible about the return of the cat feeder and our key. It was reassuring to have her look after Felix and I ould not hesitate to use her again and again for future trips

Suzanne provided a professional and reliable cat sitting service for my little tabby Lola when I went on holiday for a week recently. Before the booking was confirmed she offered me a 'meet and greet' so we could get to know each other a bit and she could meet Lola. When we were both happy, we talked through feeding routines, medication, litter trays, plant watering, post collection etc.

Suzanne sent me picture messages each day letting me know how it was going which was very reassuring. Lola is a very reserved and timid cat and Suzanne took the time to find her (she hides!), give her treats and play with her. I think she came out of her shell by the end of the week!

This was the first time I've used a cat sitting service, having previously used catteries but I would definitely recommend it as my cat was much happier staying at home. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Suzanne, she clearly has a very calming and patient nature...and loves cats!
