Great experience for us - and clearly our cats too! Gareth came twice prior to the booking to meet us, the whole team (4 cats) and collect the keys and talk about our cats needs.

We went on holiday for 10 days, Gareth visited twice daily and clearly spent some time with our cats, trying to approach and entertain all of them (2 of our cats are really nervous and usually stay away from everybody). He sent us photos and updates daily. Really great for peace of mind when you are away for a while!

When we came back home our cats were not stressed at all, really comfortable and immediately happy to see us. We used to leave them in cat pensions before and it was a totally different experiences, they would be really stressed and hiding for at least a couple days once back home...

Because Gareth was so good the last time he 'sat' for our 2 cats we had no hesitation in asking him to help us again.He came round as before to find out exactly what their needs were and to ask if there were any special requests in terms of food or general care.He is very attentive and very understanding about the psychology of our very nervous girls!He sent us photos on both days that he visited which showed at least that they were fine and hadn't run away!He gave us a little report of how they were each time all of which was very reassuring for us.We felt they were in very safe hands and being looked after by a very caring person.We would definitely ask for Gareth every time!

Gareth is a very friendly and professional pet sitter. He took great care of my rabbit and two chinchillas. Not only did he feed them, gave one of them its medicines, and cleaned the cages, but he went the extra mile and made sure that the floor around the cages was clean, as with small animals there is often a lot of hay that scatters everywhere. I booked for him to visit twice a day, and each time he took pictures and send them to me, which was very reassuring that the animals were doing well and in good hands.

This is the longest I've ever left the Kit Kats and the builders are in full swing on the loft. Gareth gave me every confidence that they would be happy and cope. Photos every day, lots of play and cuddles. They were pleased to see me but very relaxed - thank you

He was also very flexible in terms of meeting ahead of our time away so he could see where everything was and meet them.

From the outset we knew that Gareth was going to be the right person to take care of our two older cats.He came round firstly for a getting to know them visit where his caring and gentle approach was very evident.He was very thorough and conscientious about asking what their needs were ,their habits, their likes and dislikes.He has a great understanding of cat psychology and behaviour which was very reassuring for us with our very nervous girls!We were really chuffed to receive photos of them while we were away-even though they kept their distance it was reassuring to see that they were around and ok.Gareth also gave us a little summary of how they had been. We were very happy with Gareth and his attentive care.The girls were fine when we returned from our trip. Gareth cared for Mabel for two weeks whilst we went on holiday. We came home to a very relaxed and happy cat who had been very well look after. Gareth is extremely knowledgeable about cats and attentive to their specific needs. He is an excellent sitter.

Gareth is a true cat whisperer and we feel lucky to have found him! Our cat is normally very shy and hides when strangers come around but Gareth came prepared with treats to the first meeting and our cat immediately took to him. Even while we were away, our cat actually came out to spend time with Gareth and to get chin rubs, which was completely different from his normal hiding behaviour. We were updated with daily cat photos and came home to a relaxed, happy cat. Will definitely work with Gareth again!

Gareth did a great job taking care of Gilden while we were away. This was our first time using Cat in a Flat and were a bit apprehensive, but Gareth kept us well informed about how Gilden was doing and sent us photos after every visit. We returned to a very happy and relaxed cat. Wouldn't hesitate to use Gareth again when we're next away.

Gareth did a great job looking after Ernie. He spent time with him in the evening and played with him. Gareth sent great pictures each day and gave us regular updates. We would definitely ask him to cat sit again.

Gareth was great with our cat Lottie, she was a bit naughty and left some accidents but Gareth was still great at looking after her, and she was very happy to get some Dreamies and head rubs while we were away! He was very reliable and always kept us updated on Lottie, highly recommended!

Gareth’s love for cats came through the minute we met him, he took the time to let our shy cat Katie get accustomed to him and kept us up to date with beautiful photos. We returned home to two happy cats and do not hesitate in recommending him!

We were really nervous about finding someone to look after Marley and we were blessed to find Gareth.

From our first meeting, Marley took to him straight away and Gareth made us feel comfortable, allowing us to ask any questions.

When we were away he gave us regular updates and sent photos which was a nice touch and made us feel Marley was really being looked after.

Gareth visited twice before I went away as my cat Wiley runs from strangers. gareth was incredibly gentle and patient...midway through my trip, among various pictures, I received a picture with Wiley on his lap. I was really reassured to leave Gareth looking after Wiley. Highly recommended
