First time using Cat in a Flat and Denise. Really pleased with the service provided by Denise. We received photos and videos every day, so we knew our cat was ok. Denise gave her a good fussing and you could tell she got to know our pet well. Also pleased she dealt with the bins for us! Would recommend Denise and will book her again.

As usual, we are very happy clients of Denise’s! It was clear the kitties felt very well looked after whilst we were away and Denise also kindly did our wheelie bins and brought in a heavy left parcel that arrived late. Highly recommend Denise’s services as catsitter!

I was really worried about going away and leaving my 2 rescue cats for the first time. I needn't have worried. Denise was brilliant - she was willing to do whatever was necessary to put my mind at rest. She happily medicated Toby, who is very timid and reluctant to come out of hiding when he knows meds are due! I'll be booking her again.

Denise is fantastic - she has formed a great bond with our cat and she really made a fuss of him whilst we were away. The updates and photos also put out mind’s at rest that he was fine and happy being at home (rather than going to a cattery). We would have no hesitation recommending Denise.

Our cats are so much more relaxed in their own home when we are away. Denise spends quality time with them, making sure they are fed, happy and content.

Would definitely recommend Denise, she gave my affectionate boy all the cuddles he needed, and sent lots of cute photo updates too. She went above and beyond with an extra visit when one cat escaped to make sure he was ok. Genuinely cares about the cats.

Denise looked after our cat for two weeks, sharing photos and videos from every visit which showed us how quickly he became comfortable with and excited for her visits, and allowed us to relax on holiday. She even got him to eat out of her hands which he refuses to do with anyone else - a real cat whisperer! Cannot recommend Denise highly enough!

Denise’s communication was excellent prior, during and after the agreed visiting times. The visits were carried out at consistent times which was very much appreciated as my cat takes medicines at specific hours. But the best testimony to Denise’s professional yet friendly and casual care is my cat that took to her like he’s known her all his life.

Another great experience with Denise looking after my two cats, lots of photos daily and let me know how they were doing. Would definitely recommend.

This was the first time we left our cats for longer than 7 nights, we did not have to worry as Denise went above and beyond to help them feel settled and ensure their needs were met. During the heat wave, she changed things around to ensure that they stayed cool in the house. Even freezing some licky lix to give them a cool treat. We would have no worries about going away again and leaving our cats settled at home knowing Denise was looking after them.

As always Denise sent updates and photos at every visit. She was also thoughtful of my cats welfare in the hot weather. And put my bins out without even being asked! 👍

As always Denise has done a great job looking after Benny (and my plants!) and we look forward to her next visits in August!

All of the above, Denise was excellent from start to finish. After handing over the keys and running through Skyla's needs we did not have to worry about anything including all the little jobs that also needed to be done around the house: Plants, bins etc. Daily pictures and updates kept us informed and we enjoyed our holiday knowing all was well at home.

We came home to a very relaxed and chilled cat, she quickly got back into her normal routine and showed no signs of stress or anxiety.

We will have no hesitation in using Denise in the future - Thank you.

This is the longest we’ve gone away in a while, and we were a bit worried about leaving the cats for so long but (as always) Denise looked after them very well, taking any worries away. She came in twice a day to feed them and give them cuddles, check/change the cat litter and even dealt with a couple of brought-in rodent incidents without complaints! We loved receiving the twice daily updates with photos and sometimes videoclips, which made the kitties feel a bit closer to us from a distance. We would highly recommend Denise to care for your wee fur kiddies when you go away.

As always, we were very happy to leave our kitties in Denise’s capable and loving hands whilst we were away for a few days. It is clear she loves cats and they respond well to her too. Happy to recommend Denise and entrust her again with our cats in future.

We are so pleased to have found Denise! From the point I first got in touch, she was reliable, professional and friendly. She even managed to get our very nervous cat to come out of his shell a little. I will have absolutely no worries about leaving him in her care in the future.

Delighted with the service we received from Denise! She sent updates and photos with every visit, dealt with dead rodents and our elderly cat who doesn't always use the litter tray, and even put the bins out. We came home to relaxed, happy cats.

We’ve had yet another wee trip away where Denise happily and lovingly looked in on and fed our two kitties for us in our absence. She re of used one of them was a little more timid and gradually built up his trust. Denise has kept us up to date daily how they were both doing and sent us photos which is very reassuring. I recently left my elderly cat in the capable hands of Denise. I had previously only used a cattery but felt a cat sitter would help reduce the stress for her, and it certainly did! We came back to a very happy and chilled out cat. Denise is lovely, she sends regular photos and updates, and we even got a wee video one night too. She took care of any accidents so we can back to a clean house, and offered to take bins out, brought mail in from the door, and even fed the fish a couple of nights too. I would highly recommend Denise and she will definitely be my first choice of cat sitter going forward.

We got our two kittens during lockdown, so we’re a little worried about how they’d be when we were away. We did not need to worry! Denise put us all at ease and Maisie and Jax met her for her visits. She spent time with them and sent us twice daily updates with photos. This helped us to relax and enjoy our break, knowing our cats were well looked after. They misbehaved a bit at the start of the week but she took it all in her stride! And it was clear from the daily pics sent to us that they are very comfy around her. Denise also kindly did our wheelie bin for us and scooped the cat poop. If you are looking for someone who will look after your kitties while you are away, like they are her own, I would highly recommend Denise ✔️

We’re just back from a wee long weekend away, and the one thing we did not have to worry about, was leaving our 2 wee kitties in Denise’s capable hands again. We received lovely pics during every visit (great shots too, made us smile) and it is clear that our kitties are very comfortable around Denise, she’s a natural with cats. Denise kindly also put our wheelie bin out for us and checked the litter trays, even though we were only away a couple of nights. Couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Denise as a cat sitter.

We’ve used Denise to look after wee Angus several times now. Great communication, friendly and reliable. She sends photos each day that she visits along with an update to let us know how things are. Makes it so much easier to go on holiday without worrying and a lot less stressful for Angus too. Would definitely recommend Denise to look after your cat.

This was the 2nd time Denise looked after our 2 kitties for us and we couldn’t have been happier. We got an update with photos during/after each visit, so we felt really re-assured that they were well taken care of. And it was clear they were starting to really warm to her, something they didn’t do with our previous catsitter - Denise is clearly a loving cat person. Denise was also happy to put our wheelie bins back for us after they were emptied and she didn’t mind being asked to check and scoop the cat litter trays. Highly recommend!

I contacted Denise after recommendations on our local town’s community Facebook page - and they were all right! From the moment I met Denise I felt comfortable going away knowing Denise will be popping in to see and feed our two kitties. She clearly is a genuine cat person and our two, who can usually be a bit skittish with strangers, didn’t take long to be comfortable around her. Whilst we were away, we got regular updates with pics and she clearly dealt easily with some shenanigans they got up to! Also, it is quite a big deal to leave a house key with a stranger but I had no concerns with Denise. She also kindly helped with the wheelie bin. Highly recommended!

After Denise came for a first visit, my daughter said 'what a lovely lady!' Felt very reassured leaving my kittens in her care. Daily updates, videos and photos showed the kittens were also very happy!

Denise is very professional at all times. With a great and loving attitude to cats she really looks after them well. Always quick to respond to messages or calls and sends regular pictures each visit. We have booked Denise a handful of times now and can't recommend her enough! Our cats will be enjoying her company when we go away this summer for a couple weeks. They have lots of fun when being looked after by her. Completely trust worthy, I can't fault Denise.

Denise was very quick to reply when asked if available. We promptly arranged a meet and greet before agreeing to go ahead with looking after our cats Max and Scout. On visiting we were very happy with booking and arranged the formalities. Throughout the cat sitting Denise kept us constantly up to date with messages and pictures of our fur babies. She is a peoples person as well as an animal lover and this shows. We highly recommend her, so much so that we have arranged another two bookings. I really cannot praise Denise highly enough, she went above and beyond and both myself and the cats could not be happier! Communication was brilliant, both before my trip when she came around to meet the cats and see the flat, instantly putting me at ease, and during my trip when I got regular updates and photos. My return was delayed and Denise immediately agreed to do an extra day, making my life so much easier and I came home to two happy cats, milk in the fridge and flowers on the table! I highly recommend Denise for anyone looking for a reliable, loving cat sitter.
