Fran was fabulous. She kept me informed about what my cat was up to. She provided him with love and strokes and tickles. He was obviously having a good time. I won't hesitate in having Fran look after Gandalf again. Great service and very happy with Fran.

Fran was lovely and so obviously just cares so much about cats! She was great, she waited for our cat to come inside for food as he loves to be outside she sent messages and pictures to us to show us which made us feel happy whilst we were away! Its the second time that Fran has sat for us and it was as good as the first, very easy to organise with. Kept us up to date with messages and photos and left the house clean and tidy.

Fran was absolutely wonderful again looking after Miffy. Fran went beyond the call of duty to stay whilst fireworks were going off on New Year's Eve. A very caring and helpful catsitter.

Fran was great, communication in advance was really good, she came over to ours a few days before to meet the kitties. She kept us updated whilst we were away and looked after the cats as it they were her own, she brought round treats and toys for them. The house was super clean when we got back, I look forward to her coming again!

Fran is a fantastic cat sitter! Leaving our cat for two weeks was tough, but she made it easier with daily updates, photos, and videos. Her communication was great, and her love for cats really showed. We’re very grateful for her care and highly recommend her!

Fran took care of our gentle Ragdoll called Simi for just over a week. She gave her lots of attention, playtime and love, and we were sent photos of her to keep us updated. I'd definitley recommend Fran as she genuinley cared, bonded and loved Simi in our absence, we felt reasurred she was well cared for.

Fran is a very friendly and approachable sitter. She took really good care Goose, communicated well and went out of her way to stay longer and get to know him. I really appreciated the extra steps to take care of him and to also provide me with some useful tips for cat ownership. Thank you Fran!

Having never left our cat before we were worried about how this service would work. Fran however was amazing, communicating with us every day and sending us photos and videos of Tilly who loved the treats and attention she got. Couldn't recommend Fran enough to look after your cat.

Fran is the Best 🐈‍⬛Sitter my cat Max is quite shy but Fran knew exactly how to get close to him. Leaving him for two weeks with someone experiencing like Fran was great, she kept us updated, sent pictures and videos. Fran looked after Mr Phoenix for 9 days total and she was brilliant. We asked to help out with some plant watering and general home maintenance which she took on just fine. Communication was great and she is very reliable. It is very clear that she loves cats and Phoenix was very happy when I arrived home. Would I book Fran again? In a heartbeat! Thank you!

This was my first time using Cat in a Flat, so I was very wary but I am glad I gave it a try. Francesca is wonderful. She looked after my cat at very short notice with thorough care and attention. I can't praise her enough; super friendly, respectful and just a lovely person. Francesca provided me with updates on her care for my cat alongside lovely pictures of her. I came home to a settled and happy cat, which is a nice change from her time in catteries in the past. Super happy to have found Francesca, who will be part of my cat's life for many years to come.
