Our cats warmed to Jessica straight away, and she sent us regular updates and pictures - we were very happy and reassured to know our cats were in good hands and would gladly hire again! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our floofs ☺️

Jessica looked after Olive while we were on holiday and we've come home to a very happy and well looked after Olive! Jessica provided lots of photo updates of Olive which we loved. Olive was well looked after and had plenty of play time!

Jessica was excellent! We had been let down on our last holiday by our previous cat sitter (not through Cat in a Flat) and we were worried about trusting someone else with Cassie. I needn’t have worried. Jessica clearly understood and was caring, sending us daily updates and videos. Cass was clearly happy and relaxed, so we could relax! 😻

I can’t say enough about Jessica. My cat is diabetic and needs injecting. She turned up twice a day, stayed with the cat half an hour each visit, sent me pictures and videos and you could see how much she loves animals. I returned home to a very contented cat.

Jess looked after our cat, Maisie for 2 weeks and we couldn't have wished for a better service. We could see from the daily WhatsApp updates that Maisie enjoyed her company and we came back to a happy, healthy cat. Jess fed our hamster and fish too, and watered our plants, going above and beyond expectations. Would highly recommend.

Can’t praise Jessica enough she spent at least half an hour a visit making sure our cats were well fed and watered and brushed Rosie regularly She was great on feedback with daily photos and would certainly use her again

This was the first time having Jessica come and look after our cat (but not the first time we have used cat in a flat). Jessica was fantastic!! Fantastic service from Jessica! She took the time to come and meet us beforehand and then spent extra time each day getting know Dotty which was really appreciated (they were best friends by the end). Looked after everything perfectly, provided daily updates and put me at complete ease – wouldn’t hesitate to book her again, she’s brilliant!

Jessica was very professional and attentive to Mitzi. She was very clean and tidy (even putting out the rubbish). She kept us updated with messages and photos on a regular basis whilst we were away. We will definitely be booking Jessica again.

I would definitely recommend Jessica. I asked her to come twice a day to feed my 3 cats & not only did she do that but spent time playing with them all. They became friends & she sent me photos for peace of mind. Highly recommended

Jessica communicated very well with us both before, during and after our time away. Mitzi seemed relaxed and happy when we returned home. Everything was left clean and tidy including the litter tray and area around it. We were very pleased and will use Jessica again in the future.

My cat Daisy was so well looked after. She needed insulin injections twice a day at set times. Jessica was prompt for these and spent a good amount of time with her as well as sending me regular updates. I’d definitely recommend Jessica and will re use her in the future. Thank you. X
