Reliable Weekend Cat Sitting – Home Visits (Fri–Mon)

Hi, I’m Clare 👋

I’m a lifelong cat owner and currently share my home with two cats. I’ve previously owned two others, including older and more nervous cats, so I’m very used to adapting care to suit different personalities, routines and needs.

I understand that many cats don’t enjoy change or unfamiliar people, which is why I take a calm, patient approach and let cats set the pace. Whether that means quiet company, gentle interaction, or simply making sure everything is taken care of while giving them space, I always prioritise their comfort and wellbeing.

I also understand how important trust is when leaving your cat and your home in someone else’s care, and I treat both with the same respect I would my own.

I offer cat-only home visits from Friday to Monday, which are ideal for weekend breaks, short holidays and long weekends away.

Visits include feeding, fresh water, litter tray cleaning, welfare checks and time spent with your cat at their comfort level. I’m particularly experienced with nervous and older cats who may need a slower, quieter approach.

I provide photo updates during each visit so you can relax while you’re away, and I always arrange a free meet-and-greet beforehand to go through routines, keys and any specific instructions.

I’m fully insured and DBS checked, and my aim is to keep your cat’s routine as familiar, calm and stress-free as possible while you’re away.
