Professional and friendly with a personal touch

We asked Marcella again to look after our 2 cats while we were travelling. They were well taken care of and we received daily updates with pictures which we loved. Marcella also helped with taking out a garbage which we forgot about when rushing to the airport. Many thanks for everything!

Marcella took very good care of our two cats and two rats while we were away. She sent us two detailed updates per day with pictures and with what our pets are up to and she gave me a lot of peace of mind. She was really good at communicating before and during and I will definitely use her again.

Marcella was taking care of Aiko for 7 days and overall I’m very satisfied. She was sending me pictures and daily updates on how Aiko is doing etc. which I loved. Marcella visited our two cats twice a day while we were away for a week. We can't recommend her highly enough. We received photo updates every visit and Marcella would make sure we knew how each of the cats were getting on, and took the time to play with them. Marcella watched my two cats on short notice and with one recovering from bladder crystals and urinary obstruction days before I was supposed to go out of town. She took wonderful care of them, was extremely responsive and sent lots of photos. Oliver, the cat who had been sick, got his meds and special food and was in perfect health when I came back. Would highly recommend her, especially for pets with medical needs.

Alfie and Zoe were super relaxed when we came home. Sent us lots of nice pictures of the cats while we were away, and did a great job handling Zoe's insulin injections too. Thanks so much!

Marcella looked after my cat while I was away for 2 weeks and did a great job. She fed, watered and groomed the cat whenever she came round as well as sent over photos and videos of him. It was nice to be able to enjoy the holiday knowing that he was in good hands.

Marcella was fantastic. She carefully updated us daily, and sent pictures of our two cats. She was extremely accommodating about meeting us and coming to get the key as well as efficient and honest. She kept a notepad with any little details about the cats or home that could be easily forgotten, which instilled a lot of confidence and reduced anxiety around leaving. We only expected her to pop in but when they didn't show up immediately she went searching outside (they are outside cats and often turn up late so there was nothing to worry about, but she cared and that's what was lovely to know). Our previous experience of someone from catinaflat was horrific and left us very wary to use the service again, but Marcella completely turned around our perceptions and we'll definitely be asking her to look after Minion and Kajira again.

Marcella was wonderful! She was very reliable and responded to our messages in an instant. Also - and most importantly - she was great with our cat Tipinho, who was his happy and relaxed self when we returned. Marcella has been amazing. She has taken care of our Ragdoll kitten: Cielo. Cielo was a bit unwell and Marcella has given him his medicines and lots of love. When we came back Cielo was fed and happy and very importantly, his coat was looking so beautiful!
