Stephanie always spends some time with our Biff, even though he is a bit aloof, he does like having company. He even lets her brush him, which sometimes we have trouble with ourselves! The twice daily updates are reassuring & filled with cute pictures so we know that he's doing fine without us.

Stephanie was looking after our Francesca for the first time, and we would certainly recommend and rebook her. Although Francesca was a bit shy, judging by the photos we received daily she seemed contented and trusting. Stephanie even looked after "our" birds and squirrels and kept them in food and water. I felt a little less guilty about going away, knowing our kitty in good hands.

Steph is a cat super star, our best friends have cat sat for us before and this was our first time using a professional cat sitter for overnight stays so we were nervous and worried about our babies but they actually bonded with Steph super quick giving her cuddles and sleeping with her at night. She sent tons of photos which shocked us both when we realised..... we had been replaced so quickly!! One of our cats is deaf and the other is very needy, but she had no issues at all and we came back to two very happy purring fluffballs. Steph is kind, warm and it's clear she genuinely loves cats and their happiness and wellbeing is a priority, this made us feel super at ease. The flat was looked after well too. Stephanie did a fantastic job looking after our diabetic cat under difficult circumstances. He was not keen on being injected by a stranger but Stephanie stuck with it (no pun intended) and managed to eventually win him over. She provided regular updates along with pictures. Overall, Stephanie is reliable, trustworthy and definitely someone I would contact again when we go on holiday (unless my cat has completely put her off).

Stephanie was amazing. She took care of our three floof babies whilst we were away for 10 days.

Our eldest has diabetes and needs two daily injections of insulin, so it was important I could leave him with someone who was confident giving this treatment. Stephanie did a fantastic job with him. We got regular updates and photos whilst we were away, which was brilliant. Our youngest is super shy, but Stephanie persevered and managed to get some strokes with her before the end of the break. My floofs are my world and can confidently say I would trust Stephanie with them any day.
