Heather was great...again! We received regular photo updates about the boys and came home to two happy chaps. We had a problem with our cat flap and Heather let us know and tried her best to sort it for us, replacing batteries and coming up with a way of making it usable whilst we were away. Heather was brilliant and stepped in at the very last minute when another cat sitter pulled out a couple of hours before we left. Heather was a really great cat sitter - she obviously cares a lot for the cats she looks after from the other reviews and she certainly took amazing care of zeus while we were away (even coming on Christmas day!). The daily updates really put your mind at ease and she even agreed to feed him for two extra days after my partner's flight home was cancelled. 110% recommended!

I hadn't used 'CatinaFlat' before and I was a bit nervous about trying it, but Heather was fantastic. She looked after our cats for 4 days over a bank holiday weekend, and was great throughout. She popped over to meet the cats and to see the flat, she kept us updated every day with photos and updates on how they were getting on. She definitely went over and above my expectations and I would recommend the service (and Heather!) to anyone in need of a cat sitter.

Heather was great with our 5 month old cat. id never used Cat in a flat before but she came round to meet Luther and to talk me through it. We had her pop in twice a day for a few days. She fed him, played with him and looked after the litter boxes. When we came him, he seemed relaxed and happy. I'd definitely use Heather and Cat in a flat again!

This was my first time using Cat in a Flat and it certainly won’t be my last. Heather was absolutely brilliant. As it was my first time using a service like this, I was a bit nervous but Heather was really friendly, talked me through everything I needed to know, and generally set me at ease. She sent me photos and updates throughout the period I was away (including when they got up to slightly mischievous things). You could tell that Deimos and Phobos really warmed up to her. We used Cat in a Flat for the first time this December when we had to leave our two 5 months old kittens over Christmas. We were really nervous about leaving Rambo and Romeo for 6 days, but as soon as we met Heather we felt relaxed and happy to know someone was gonna take good care of them. Heather is lovely and caring. She came around to meet the kittens one week before and we could definitely see how much she loves cat and how confortable she is around them. During our absence we received daily pictures of our kittens from her, that was really nice. She worked also on Christmas eve and day. When we came back kittens were happy and relaxed. We highly recommend Heather and will contact her again in the future.

Heather was fantastic! She was super friendly and thorough from the first visit. She had us and our little Elvis completely at ease. She even got him a little toy which he loves. We came back from a weekend away to find him completely relaxed and we are sure he was very well looked after and cuddled. We definitely recommend Heather again and we are already in touch with her for a longer trip we are planning.
