Ellena has looked after Tinker & Luna a few times now. The cats are happy which makes me happy. This time Ellena was flexible when I had to unexpectedly ask for an additional visit.

Ellena was amazing! She spent quality time with our cats, giving them love and affection. Her constant updates and photos put our minds at ease. Everything was handled professionally and with a friendly touch. Highly recommended! Thanks, Ellena!

I'd been apprehensive about having a cat sitter come into my home but Ellena was highly recommended to me by a colleague. Ellena has just looked after my fur babies for a few days and I couldn't be happier with her communication and care for the cats. The cats certainly seem to have had fun with her! I'll be using Ellena in future over the cattery.

Ellena was amazing with Harry as always. I really appreciate her making the effort to come and see him even though she was pretty ill and didn't feel great. Excellent updates as always, and she really takes the best pictures of him in action. Thank you so much for being wonderful to both of us again!

Ellena was everything we could have hoped for in a cat sitter and we are very fussy. She is a natural communicator with cats, respectful, attentive, genuine and thorough. Excellent, prompt communication with us throughout and I felt so reassured from the numerous photos and videos we received. I can't wait to use her services again.

I was very anxious about going away and leaving my cat for a week but was completely reassured by all the pictures and videos of Kelso that Ellena sent to me. Ellena travelled to meet Kelso and me before I went away, which I really appreciated. When I returned, Kelso was so relaxed and happy. The peace of mind was priceless, thank you Ellena.

Ellena was brilliant in taking care of Harry again, and on a short notice. Excellent communication and lovely updates from each visit which is really appreciated. Came home to a happy, relaxed boy who is looking forward to seeing her again on next visits! :)

Absolutely flawless. We were kept in the loop with how our three furballs were getting on without us for a few days. It’s the first time that we’ve felt happy enough to leave them in the care of someone else, thank you Ellena!

Yet again Ellena looked after our kitties with love and care as if they were her own. Actually I think Molly would like to be adopted by her all those bed cuddles xxx not long before our next trip away. It is so lovely to know the cats are happy while we are away. Xx

Yet again Ellena made sure our kitties were happy and content and left the house immaculate. She also had to deal with some unpleasant litter trays as little Molly had an upset tummy for the first 2 days. Lots of photos and updates while we were away so we could see they were fine.

Elena has been amazing from the get go! Her clear communication and kind nature has made one very anxious cat mum feel at ease! She really made an effort to build trust with Harry who can be a bit shy and standoffish. The updates she sent are so appreciated and I came home to a very settled and relaxed boy! We will be booking with her again :)

So glad we found Ellena, She is fabulous. Anna is very clingy and hates being alone so I worry when we go away that she'll get upset but the updates put my mind at ease, and I could tell that Anna absolutely loved Ellena and has made a new friend

Would definitely recommend! From start to finish, Ellena has been absolutely brilliant, and shown she is both knowledgeable and considerate with our cats. Every visit was accompanied by plenty of pictures and videos, and comments to let us know how they were getting on. Will definitely be calling on her services again in future!

Amazing as always!

We had Ellena for the first time last weekend for an overnight sit. Her communication was brilliant, lots of photos & videos. River took to her straight away & Ellena got her to take her medicine just fine. We will definitely be re-booking.

Won't be choosing anyone else! Ellena really does go above and beyond to look after our two cats - who really love her and and really comfortable with her. Would 1000% recommend.

Ellena was amazing and communication, letting me know when she was going to see my cats. She sent loads of pictures and videos which really helped me relax on holiday! She followed instructions really easily and fed my cats two different diets (one is on diet food!). Couldn't recommend Ellena more really!! Came home to two well looked after cats :D

Ellena was just amazing looking after our cat babies in June 23. Molly had a ball snuggling up on the bed every day with Ellena and even Barney, a very nervy cat, didn't take long to relax and settle in her company. Ellena also stayed a few nights and was the perfect house guest, clean and tidy.

Throughout our whole time away Ellena was so patient with our cat Olive, gave her amazing quality attention & sent lots of fab updates. Ellena is awesome. We were a little nervous to leave Hildie for the first time but Ellena put our mind at ease instantly after meeting her. She is fantastic with cats (they love her!). We were regularly sent adorable photos of Hildie and given updates throughout our trip.

We came back to a very happy and chilled out cat - I can't recommend her enough!

Ellena stayed with our cat for a week whilst we were on holiday and her daily updates were so reassuring- Niyah is so comfortable around Ellena and greets her like an old friend. Ellena has just spent the weekend with our cat, Niyah, and once again we have come home to a happy, relaxed cat and a spotless house. And we received regular video updates of what Niyah was getting up to, which was lovely to hear her little meow whilst we were away. We are already booked in again for a few weeks time with Ellena- very highly recommended, I don't know what we'd do without her as our cat sitter!!

Ellena has just stayed with our cat, Niyah, for a couple of nights and once again, we have come home to a happy, content furbaby. Ellena is great at keeping in contact with photos and videos of Niyah which is really comforting to know she is ok whilst we are away. It was so nice to see that Niyah remembered Ellena and has no worries about climbing all over her to wake her up for breakfast like she does with us! Definite friends for life! Ellena has just stayed with our cat for 3 nights and I honestly can't praise her enough. We have come home to a happy, relaxed cat, who doesn't usually take too kindly to change. From our first meeting, Ellena has been professional and attentive to Niyah's needs, to ensure that the time we would be away was not disruptive to Niyah's regular routine. She is also very friendly and flexible to our needs. Our cat is a rescue and doesn't like to be fussed straight away by a new person. Ellena knew how to approach this and let Niyah come to her, and by the end of the 4 days, they were good friends (as seen in our lovely video and picture updates...which made us smile being able to see her being her usual self whilst we were away). I would recommend Ellena to absolutely anyone needing care for their cat, as we came back to a happy, well looked after kitty (and super tidy house). We will definitely be contacting Ellena again for future holidays.
