Elaine is attentive and caring. She listened to my concerns about leaving my cat and made sure she understood her routine. My cat is nervous of people she doesn't know, but she was very happy around Elaine. I got photos and updates which reassured me that my cat was in safe hands. Elaine has looked after Mia quite a few times now. She’s always great at communicating and at keeping us updated with pictures and videos of Mia enjoying life while we’re away.

It was the first time both my partner and I were away since adopting Trico, and Elaine was incredibly patient with our questions and requests and enthusiastic for taking care of him. Came home to a very happy and healthy cat! That’s the number 1 priority for me. Elaine was absolutely fantastic. She sent me messages everyday to let me know how my cat was getting on - including photos. Really put my mind at ease that everything was going okay. My cat was a bit shy at first but then came out to play with Elaine after a couple days - which shows that he knew he was safe enough around her. Elaine was also kind enough to bring in my post and water my plants for me. I would 100% recommend Elaine to anyone else and will absolutely ask her to cat sit for me again in the future!

Elaine recently visited and fed our cats, Archie and Georgie, twice every day for nearly two weeks. As we have not left them for such protracted period during the last two years, I was wondering how they would cope without us! But Elaine very quickly put my mind at rest - she is clearly a ‘natural’ with cats! She fed both twice every day, gave Archie his medication, and played with them and cared for them really well. Elaine maintained regular text communication with me, and sent twice daily photos of Archie and Georgie looking well and happy - and often purring on her knee 😻 She was ultra-reliable in every way, and also took in our mail, and put out our bins. I had no worries at all about the house or our cats whilst we were away, and both cats were happy and well-cared-for when we returned home. Would have no hesitation about recommending Elaine as a lovely and reliable cat-sitter

I was very happy to find Elaine, who looked after our cat for 3 nights. She was very communicative and experienced in looking after cats, and the regular updates were great! Would highly recommend her.

Elaine was able to step in at short notice and help us as we dealt with a family bereavement, for which we’re very grateful. Despite it being a difficult time we felt reassured that our cats were being well cared for. Elaine sent us daily updates so we knew they were both well and we returned to two happy cats.

Elaine did a fab job of looking after my little furr baby Daisy. Daisy is still a little anxious when I go away since lockdown and did not come out to see Elaine last time. This time round she would sneak out so Elaine could see she was OK. Elaine sent me photos and videos so I could see and hear that Daisy was doing OK without me and did not have to worry while away! 😊

This was the first time Daisy has been close to another human being since March so she was pretty apprehensive and hid from Elaine for most of the week! Elaine was great at keeping me updated and even sent me a video of meows so I could hear Daisy even if she was still hiding!

Elaine looked after our cat Saffy over a weekend. We had never used a cat sitter before but were looking for more convenience than booking a cattery and she is always very stressed in that situation. Elaine was great, came over beforehand to see what was needed and sent us messages and photos while we were away so that we knew she was ok.
