I feel really grateful to have Bianca looking after our cat this week. she has been very kind, responsive and accommodating throughout. We received detailed daily updates from Bianca. She has also gone above and beyond, and shown immense care for our cat. When an "unexpected guest" (another cat living in the area) visited our garden, Bianca took our cat indoor and closed the shutters so that our cat could feel safe. I will no doubt book Bianca again when we are away next time.
