Hello Cat Parents,

My name is Francesca, I’m originally Italian but I’ve been living in London since 2012. I’ve always had a deep love for animals, especially cats. Observing them and trying to understand their unique behaviours is something I find fascinating. In 2019 I adopted a kitten and she’s become such a cherished part of my life. I love spending time with her playing, cuddling and making sure she feels safe and content. She’s brought so much joy that in 2020 we decided to welcome a second rescue cat into our home, Rover.

Caring for cats has been such a rewarding experience that I decided to offer my help to fellow cat parents who may need someone reliable to look after their furry friends while they’re away or otherwise unable to do so. I’ve used Cat in a Flat myself and found it to be a fantastic service especially for those without nearby friends or family to help with pet care. It’s a far less stressful alternative to catteries, and I truly believe in the comfort of keeping cats in their familiar surroundings.

I’d be more than happy to meet you and your cat for a chat before any booking. It’s important to me that you feel completely comfortable and that your kitty gets to know me too.

My visits are usually not shorter than 40 - 45 minutes. I’ll make sure your furry friend is very well cared for: feeding, refreshing their water, washing bowls, cleaning and changing the litter and of course giving them plenty of playtime and cuddles. If they need any medication I’m happy to administer it. You’ll receive updates, photos and videos every time I visit your kitty and I will inform you every time I arrive and leave your property. You can be confident your furry friend will be in very good hands! I’m also happy to water your plants, collect the post and take out the rubbish if needed.
