Charlotte has looked after our car Claude a couple of times now and we honestly now couldn’t image trusting anyone else with him. Communication is great with lots of pictures and videos and fast response time to messages and questions.

Charlotte was the perfect cat sitter whilst we were away a few days. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the cats warmed to her straight away. She took care of feeding, the litter tray, medicine, and cuddles. She kept us updated from the moment she came in to the house and sent lots of lovely pics & videos through. Will call on her again!

Shadow can be very nervous around people he doesn’t know, but with Charlotte she completely puts him at ease, we will definitely be booking when we next go away.

Charlotte looked after Milo for a few days while we were away and kept us informed every day, sending pictures and videos. She is very sweet and communication has been great all along. She left everything very tidy and changed the cat litter. Milo seemed to be having a really nice time and we came home to a happy cat. Would definitely recommend!

Charlotte was absolutely fantastic with our cat Shadow. He’s a nervous boy by nature being a rescue cat, but she was so gentle with him. Charlotte kept us informed about how he was doing on each visit and sent us some lovely pictures and videos which put our minds at rest, this being the first time he had been without us.
