Alice was brilliant looking after Milo whilst on holiday with daily messages and photos. He became unwell which she has flagged immediately and rang me. I trusted her judgement, she took him to Vet and kept me posted. I'm grateful she has looked after him and would certainly use her in the future.

Alice has gone extra mile to make our cats happy, she has sent us daily updates with pictures which made us feel our cats were in good hands and we were able to enjoy our holiday without worrying about them. We would ask Alice to look after ours again next time we are away.

Very pleased with Alice, she did a great job with Leo, taught him some extra tricks and also stepped in when the smoke alarm tripped one particular day. Very reliable and kept us fully updated with daily photos. We are very grateful for the care she provided Leo.
