Kym, was punctual throughout the period. Very informative and caring, making sure she saw my cat during each visit. Sending pictures of my cat and asking for recommendations if there were any changes in habits. Kym was friendly and kind , my cat is very nervous and she managed to keep him calm. I highly recommend Kym and would use her service aga.

Kym was great. She was really local to us so dropped in with paperwork and met Meow Meow before we were due to be away. It was also a very short notice request so lovely of her to manage to fit us in. Very communicative, messages daily & was kind enough to throw some fish food in the tank as well. No complaints! Our cat was in very good hands!

Kym was extremely helpful when I reached out to her last min, due to change with our current booking with another cat sitter, she took on to the responsibility to take care of our cats with all the love and care, plus she also made sure to look after our home and little bits that needed attention while we were away on long holiday. She was the kindest to our cats, always sent us timely updates and just amazing with her support, I will highly recommend her.

Kym provided exceptional care for our cat during her two week stay. Not only did she attend to all of our cat's needs, but she also kept us updated with daily photos and videos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Kym looked after our cats for three weeks over Christmas and was fantastic. She gave them plenty of time and attention as well as giving us regular updates and they clearly loved their time with her. On top of that she happily offered to help with bits around the house like putting the bins out etc. Would 100% recommend.

We had never used a cat sitter before but booked Kim for our two cats over Xmas. Easy to set up and Kim kept us well informed before and while we were away with pictures and videos, even bringing some turkey as a lovely treat for them on Xmas day. Kym looked after my fur babies over Christmas and from the start was amazing, she came over beforehand to meet them and ensured she was aware of everything before I left. Kym is a fantastic caring cat sitter. She sent us pictures every day and gave us updates on our cat's wellbeing. If she didn't see him one day, she would look for him and come back later to make sure he was alright. Kym would take as good care of our cat as we ever could.

If you need someone to look after your cat while you're away you really don't need to look any further than Kym. We were concerned about leaving our elderly cat alone for a few days, especially as she is on medication. We were so reassured by Kym's copious updates, including photos and videos via WhatsApp, that we actually extended what was our first holiday in two and a half years. Luckily Kym was available to cover this. Highly recommended!

Kym as always was superb with our two. We always feel reassured when Kym is looking after Ziggy and Nelson. They are also totally comfortable with her - we can tell from the lovely pics and videos that she sends us.

This was the first time we left our two young cats for any length of time. Kym was superb. She did far more than visit to feed and clean up after the cats. She spent time bonding and playing with them. They were both completely relaxed with her. We got daily photos and videos which made us so much relaxed about leaving them at home.

We, and most importantly our cat, are absolutely delighted with the services that Kym provided. She agreed to take care of our cat for long three weeks through the holday season. Kym sent us images and videos every single day these couple of weeks, where we could see our Lucky was loved and happy to have some rest of noisy three kids and got a time for his own with a great company. He was fed regularly and used clean litter, for sure. We can tell how happy our cat was to see Kym, after we back home. She really has a connection with pets, love and enjoyed her work. We absolutely recommend Kym and definitely will use her service again. We are happy to find a person to trust our house, but the most important our Lucky in case of traveling. Kym sat our cat (Luna) for 1 month while we were abroad visiting family. She was very responsive, provided daily updates of both Luna's wellbeing, things around the house, and most importantly, we received a lovely daily video or photo of Luna.
