About Me
Devon based cat lover looking for cuddles
I am no longer able to cope with daily visits but am more than happy to “do” overnights. I am studying for a qualification in Genealogy. I have lived in Honiton for 12 years, and am unable to have a cat in the flat that I rent. I have had cats all my life. The first, when I was 7, was a long haired tuxedo called Fluffy (zero points for originality). When I was first married I lost my heart to a tiny wee tortie in the pet shop (wouldn't normally have done this, but my husband insisted I saw her). She was on her own, and I just could NOT leave the shop without her. We spent far more than we could afford on all the things she needed, and took her home in a cardboard box on the bus. She cried all the way. But we soon discovered that though small she was feisty, so we named her Simba for the lion in her. My next cat was a long haired golden girl (in age as well as colour) by the name of Elsa (again, lack of originality). We only had 3 years together, but I know I made her last years comfy. My last cat was a silver tabby called Tinker. He was 13 when I got him from the RSPCA: his first mum had had to go into a home where she could not take him. We had 5 years together, and I loved him to bits. It was the first time I ever lived on my own, and he kept me going through bleak times. I still miss him. I am happy to travel to look after cats, and know the signals to look for in a happy cat. I can't wait to meet you and your pets and make more feline friends. I have completed a Feline Behaviour and Psychology Course, awarded a Distinction.
I am happy to travel to look after your fur baby, I have regulars in Plymouth, Bath and St Albans. However, I can no longer cope with daily visits
