Happy to give Emma a 5 star review, even though we had to cancel her booking bc of the recent storm, so we did not leave town. But her online and personal reviews are fabulous and we loved meeting her in person. She was personable and thorough. We feel very secure knowing she is available to care for our Louie when we need it again in the future.

Emma was fab. Very easy to communicate with before and during our booking and we had daily photo and video updates which was lovely. He’s normally a very skittish cat around strangers but Emma managed to make friends with him very quickly and he was a happy cat when we got home.

Emma was great, really responsive and clear, and clearly is great with animals, particularly sensitive cats!

Emma was absolutely fantastic - professional, friendly, pro-active and responsive - and most importantly, my cat loved her. I came home to a very content cat, who had clearly been very well cared for and looked after. I can't wait to welcome Emma back.

Emma has looked after our cats several times now and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. She’s great and keeping in touch and always send lovely pictures of our cats.

Sent lots of nice pictures and when we got home the cats all seemed happy and calm. We would happily have Emma look after our cats again!

Emma did a great job with our two cats. We received updates from both of her daily visits and she communicated with us very quickly. They both settled back into their normal routine very quickly after we got back.
