Craving More Cat

Hi!

I’m Bryony - I’m 32 & work in the film industry as a junior prop buyer in the set decoration department.

When I’m on a job I’m usually out of the house from 7am - 7pm Mon-Fri, but I’m always willing to do evenings or even pop in on my lunch break if I’m nearby - even if it says unavailable just give me a message.

I’ve had cats my whole life, and am recently mourning the loss of my 17 year old Persian, Otis. It’s so strange not having a tiny lil furry guy around the house, & I have so much love to give, so would love the chance to give it to your lovely kitties.

I understand that each cat has its own boundaries & personality & am always willing to be so patient with new cats I meet & go at their own pace until they feel comfortable around me!

I am also immune to cat hair (as someone who owned a pale cat & mainly wears black) - & sick / accidents - owning an elderly cat is a thorough crash course!

I love anything weird & spooky & eccentric. I like 70s music & fashion, I love history & art; old architecture, silver jewellery & trinkets, poetry; finding beauty in the mundane - & I love cats so much I have a tattoo of mine on my leg.

I live in Bushey, Hertfordshire, but also have a base in Farnborough, Hampshire - so will happily sit or visit within a half hours drive / 10-15 mile radius - If you have any questions, just ask :)

I feel like I might’ve been a cat in a past life. Cats always seem drawn to me, & if I meet one on the street I can easily lose an hour just rolling around on the floor petting them.

I’m of the firm belief that cats do best when left in their own environment, sticking to their same routine; which is why platforms like this are great. I’m more than happy to arrange a meet & greet before I do any sitting to check everyone is happy.

I’ve managed to train my mum’s Maine Coon cat to sit for treats, so am always up for trying to teach, but if they’re not feeling particularly cooperative I’m more than happy to provide a lap to sleep in, an arm crook to cuddle into & some playtime. I dangle a good feather.

Always happy to send pictures & videos frequently whilst cat sitting too to ease your mind - I know the anxiety! If I’m staying in your home I will also keep the place maintained & as well-kept as the cats :)
