Rhiann visited before the booking began and took the time to chat and find out about the 2 cats and our requirements. This gave me confidence and reassurance that they were in safe and caring hands. Communications were excellent with daily updates and photos. I will have no hesitation in booking for Rhiann again in future .

I can highly recommend Rhiann to look after your pets. Especially appreciated that despite the short notice she was happy to "cat-sit" for us for a week. Also, I was very grateful she didn't mind caring for our two budgies as well.

Rhiann was absolutely fantastic! This was my first holiday away from my two cats and I was so nervous to leave them on their own. Rhiann made me feel so reassured and looked after them so well. Both my cats were immediately comfortable around her and she was very gentle and caring with them. Rhiann also sent me daily videos of my cats which I really appreciated, it made me so happy to see their little faces even though I was away from home! I really couldn't recommend Rhiann enough if you are looking for a cat sitter! She was reliable, easy to get in contact with and came home to two very chilled out cats. She was an absolute star!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rhiann was amazing! We have two cats and a rabbit and we were a little stressed about leaving them, having always used a cattery in the past (we didn't have the rabbit the last time we went away). Rhiann sent us photos every day and ensured our pets had company and were well looked after. We were able to enjoy our holiday without having to worry about them. She was very considerate and communication was exceptional throughout the process - before the holiday, during and after. We came back to two very happy cats and a relaxed little rabbit. We recommend Rhiann without reservation and we will be coming back to her for every future holiday!
