About Me
Cat sitter in Leeds/Bradford
currently unable to take any new clients due to limited availability. Returning clients - please contact me on here or on social media- Poppy Paws.
I am fully booked for the summer holidays 2025.
Hey! I am Becky. I love cats and have had cats around me for my whole life. I grew up with a pet cat Poppy and owned a rescue cat called Foxcat for the last 10 years (recently lost him 💔) and recently adopted another rescue, Casper. I also have a kitten called Pickle who I have had since March 2025. I have been a cat sitter for 4 years and also previously volunteered at a cat rescue in Bradford in my spare time.
I have experience of looking after cats with special diets and various needs. I am happy to administer medicine. I have a lot of experience of working with rescue cats and I understand that all cats are different with their own wonderfully unique personalities. I take time to assess this with each cat I look after and give them as much or as little space as they need! It is so important to me that your cat is happy during my visits and I follow owner’s instructions carefully to ensure this.
I work as a teacher which means I have lots of availability during school holidays and weekends. I can also do visits before and after work. I am DBS and police checked.
I will provide your cats with anything they need. As a cat owner myself I understand how important they are to us. I will update you as much as you need me to through messages and pictures.
I have experience of looking after cats who can be very nervous and have a calm nature with timid pets. I spend time gaining cats trust as I know this is something that doesn’t always happen right away.
I ensure that I leave your house safe and tidy for your cats but also for you upon your return. I am happy to follow any extra instructions such as putting bins out or collecting post.
I look forward to meeting you and your cats! Please feel free to drop me a message any time.
Becky
