Yan is an exceptional cat sitter! Her genuine love for animals and tailored care made my cat (and me) feel at ease. She sent daily updates and a tidy home upon return showed her professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend Yan for top-notch cat sitting!

We’ve hired Yan several times now, and every time she has been fantastic. Our little timid indoor only cat typically hides from new people so it was lovely to see the videos of her greeting Yan with a noisy demand for food and tummy rubs. This trust has been built over time and Yan put the effort in to build that trust. Excellent sitter!

Yan is brilliant. She looked so well after our cats and sent us regular updates and photos. Thank you so much. We’ve booked her already for another visit!

We went away for a week, and we booked Yan for two visits a day to look after our indoor only cat Charcoal. Yan was fantastic, she not only did the basic feeding and litter changes, but she took the time to get to know Charcoal and play with her regularly. We received many videos of a happy, purring, and playful cat while we were away, which ensured we had a holiday free from worry.

Yan is an excellent sitter. She is very reliable and attentive. She went out of her way to ensure our cat was well entertained while we were away and we would highly recommend her.

Yan is super amazing. She gave us updates on our cats throughout the storms and even popped in on an extra visit to make sure they were okay. Our little cat is usually very nervous around new people but she is very relaxed around Yan. 100% recommend

Yan is absolutely fantastic! I have had ongoing anxiety of what to do with our cat when we go away as she is so sensitive. Choosing Yan was by far the best decision I made. She sent daily photos and videos and I felt so content knowing my cat was being cared for. Also my cat loved Yan! Yan is a lovely person and clearly a massive cat lover. Yan went above and beyond for our Henry, not only feeding him and changing litter etc but spending time petting and playing. She kept us updated with pictures, videos and emails and even treated Henry to new toys and treats. Can't thank her enough and will definitely be using Yan again.
