Fran has done a week of looking after Charlie. He is a timid cat until he gets to know people and Fran has achieved giving him some fuss 😊. She has sent pics to update me so that puts my mind at ease. Will always ask if Fran is available whenever we are due to go away-would highly recommend 😊👍

Francis was very helpful, great cat sitter and even moved my waste bin around as collection was on our day of return, super! Fox was content and sleeping when we arrived back and didn’t seem to be bothered we were back home, thank you Cat in a flap & Francis

Frances kept me updated with Charlie who is quite a timid cat. I had photos from both visits. She is friendly and keen to know all about the routine so that he has continuity. It gave us peace of mind that Charlie was looked after while we were away. Very pleased and won’t hesitate to use Frances again-would highly recommend.
