Nat was great, she was very accommodating in adjusting to late changes and sent updates and pictures every day. She was very attentive to my cats requirements and did an excellent job of looking after her.

This was the longest time we had to stay away from our cats, and Natalia was essential in making us feel safe and relaxed to enjoy our trip. She took really good care of them and the house as well. Communication was pretty good and when we arrived back, everything was in order and tidy. I cannot recommend Natalia more. Thanks a lot for everything!

Nat looked after my very elderly cat well for 5 days. She administered medication and changed her pads she uses outside her litter box. I got a photo morning and night. Thanks Natalia.

Awful experience. Didn’t do anything I asked. Left cat's eating area very messy. Brought people to the house and spent 5 minutes if that with the cats. Didn’t even empty the bin bag which I asked and she said yes, came back to flies swarming over the bin bag. Then she blocked me! ----------------------------------- RESPONSE FROM THE SITTER ----------------------------------- I only spoke to Brooke's partner. Their 3 cats were rarely indoors, and I was asked to try and locate them with treats during each visit. The house was dirty, all bins were full and no cleaning supplies were provided. Her partner later messaged me and requested no reply but then accused me via a different number of going through their fridge. They didn’t leave enough cat food for the week and asked me to go buy some. My safety companion remained outside and never entered the house. I profoundly regret accepting this booking.

Natalia was really lovely and accommodating, she sent regular updates and definitely put me at ease whilst we were away from our kittens. Thank you & I’ll be sure to use you again in future! x
