Hazel was great with my two Siamese cats over Christmas. She was reliable, sent photos, and was able to take care of all the cats needs, eg one of them needed to finish a course of antibiotics. She also made friends with one of the cats who is normally very shy. Highly recommend!

Hazel was great looking after Skittles, he was immediately at ease with her when she met him for the first time and I could tell he had a lovely time with her while we were away :) she sent photos and updates at each visit and let us know what they were up to, and we returned to a very happy and relaxed cat. Can't recommend Hazel enough and will happily have her look after him again!

Pino was poorly during our holiday and Hazel made sure we were aware of this, and kept up update of any changes in her behaviour and routines. We ended coming back a bit earlier due to this but it was the right decision. Thank you Hazel for looking after Pino again!

Hazel is absolutely amazing! I have three cats with very different temperaments. Two of them are extremely skittish and nervous of strangers but Hazel managed to get them all out accepting treats and playing. Hazel stayed overnight with Pino for the first time, and it's been great. We were away for longer than usual and felt happy Pino was in great hands. We came back to a very happy kitty, very cuddly and loving, all signs that Hazel has been amazing as always. Also, our return flight was cancelled (we had to fly the next morning) and Hazel was super kind and offered to swing by ours to feed Pino and check-in on her. Hazel was amazing at looking after my diabetic cat whilst I was away. She visited her twice a day and administered insulin without hesitation. My cat loved having her around, she cuddled her and played with her like an old friend. Hazel was a wonderful sitter! She managed to get my rather tentative cat out of hiding and before I knew it, she was sending pictures of cuddle sessions. Hazel was brilliant- we had a last minute cancellation so booked pretty late notice and one of our cats had been really sick then need vet visits and medicating throughout but Hazel was flexible and accommodating and I really felt my cats were in the best hands. Hazel did a fantastic job looking after my cat Sherlock for 18 days. She sent regular updates and photos which were much appreciated. The flat was in perfect shape when we returned and, most importantly, Sherlock was very happy and healthy.
