Kind Cat Lover

Would give 6 stars if we could! Charlotte just clearly loves cats and she took care of our two cats for 4 days. She played with them and kept them company and really helped us keep our minds at ease while we were on holiday. Hopefully she'll be willing to take care of them for us whenever we are going to be away!

Charlotte is a wonderful person to interact with, and took excellent care of my kitty. I asked her to drop by everyday, but she totally went above and beyond that and spent many extra hours with my cat. I could tell Eliza really bonded with her because she was completely chill when I returned home - she’d normally cling to me the minute I walk in after being separated for a week.

Aside from cat sitting Charlotte is very friendly (we chatted quite a while) and agreeable. My flat was clean. Charlotte even offered to hoover the place the day before my return.

Key takeaway: She’s fantastic - I already (tentatively) booked her for my future travels.

I think you can always tell that your cat was well taken care of when they are calm and relaxed upon your return. And in that sense Kat Moss had rave reviews for Charlotte - she barely looked up from her nap when I came home. I was equally pleased with the communication received, before, during and after the booking, and would recommend Charlotte in the future.
