Sophie was great as always, provides loads of pictures with each visit and very communicative in the lead up to and during her visits.

Once again Sophie looked after our kitties and went above and beyond. We had an electrical issue which turned off our fridge and freezer and she immediately alerted us and helped solve the issue, even doing an unscheduled house visit to help out. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our cats or our home. Thank you Sophie!

Plus, Sophie has been super flexible too when we had to suddenly extend our holiday. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

As usual, Sophie looked after Chelsea very well.

Sophie has been amazing with our cat Spock. He was in so much need of cuddles and attention and Sophie gave it to him. On top of that Spock was very well cared with his food, water and litter. We also had some issues with our flat during our holidays and Sophie has really showed empathy and dedication to help us and more important to help our cat.

Sophie was great at communication, both before and during the booking. I was receiving daily updates on Nala which was making my time away absolutely stress free. Nala is extremely shy and not the easiest cat to deal with, but she looked absolutely happy on my return. I would definitely book Sophie again.
