Followed instructions, good communication, cats were relaxed and happy(but glad to see me) on return. Regular photos was a bonus

Nathalie kept us updated with messages and photos during the entire booking so it was great to be able to relax on holiday knowing my cat, Lemmy, was being well cared for - would highly recommend and will be booking again! :)

Highly recommended Nathalie, we had regular updates and pictures and felt confident our fury family were being well looked after while we were away. She even went above and beyond by cleaning up the aftermath of a bird that one of the cats brought into the house! Will certainly be asking for Nathalie again next time we go away.
