Alex was wonderful! As my first experience with catsitting Alex made sure to be always reassuring and positive. Even though my cat is very skittish and shy, Alex took the time to play with him and allowed him space so he always felt safe. I was very glad to receive pictures and videos at the time of Alex's visit.

Alex was great at communicating with us the whole time and our cats were very relaxed and happy upon our return.

Thank you Alex for looking after our very shy cats again! You did a fantastic job and sent us lovely photos of them even if they did keep hiding under the bed (which they do to anyone who visits) although you did manage to coax them out a couple of times ;) We were very happy to enjoy a few days away knowing Alex was coming to look after our two ;)

Alex took good care of our cat while we were away. He was calm and well fed when we returned. She was able to come round at short notice to collect a key, and provided a reliable cat sitting service, with daily updates, pictures and videos while we were away. We'll use her again.

Our cat is a little shy bless him with cat sitters but Alexandra was able to get him to come slightly out of his shell (or out from under the bed). Super quick responses, very friendly, gave detailed updates and pictures and also checked in on our two little guinea pigs. Will definitely get back in touch to book again soon!
