Rachael looked after my cat Grace for the weekend not long after losing my other fur baby, therefore, I was very apprehensive about leaving Grace for the first time on her own in 15 years. Rachael was brilliant; she updated me regularly with messages photos and videos which was very reassuring. Thank you Rachael I will definitely be booking again.

Rachel was professional, friendly, kind and shared numerous updates to let us know our girls were just fine. She followed all of our requests and instructions, and both girls are content and settled - which is nice as they are often a bit stressed after staying at kennels. The updates and photos were a really welcome touch as we miss them. Highly recommended, she looked after our girls perfectly, would definitely use again!

Rachael was incredible with our two indoor cats whilst we were away. We felt totally at ease and in total trust of her looking after them, and we could tell they were treated like royalty! Even had a few pictures of them whilst we were away which was amazing to see them! Rachael has got to be THE best cat sitter. Everything was perfectly accomplished from the tidiness of the eating/litter areas to the happiness of the cats! Communication was excellent, even though I was thousands of miles away I felt very happy that my cats were so well looked after.

I had no problems at all with Rachael. She visited when she said she would, sent me pictures of my cats from the house, and communication was clear throughout.

Rachael looked after our 2 cats whilst we were away for a week. They are very old cats, and required medication daily, they both were looked after fine, she did a marvellous job. We'll use Rachael again no doubt.
