Aina the Cat Sitter

Hi! I'm Aina, I live in East London and I work in an art gallery in South London. I'm from Mallorca where me and my family have had cats for over ten years. The family got extended first with Vinyet and Xim, who sadly passed away, but left her son Junho with us, the most adorable, sweet and love-demanding cat on the whole island. He sadly died last year and miss him so much. I go often to see my family and Vinyet who is a shy but sweet ginger-white-black little cat. Due to my job I have some flexibility with my schedule which would allow me to cat sit before and after work. On my free time I love meeting my friends for a walk in Victoria Park or the canal, yoga, go to exhibitions, to the cinema or just chill with a good book or series (and, I admit it, watching cat and panda videos on youtube).

I have full flexibility most of Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. The rest of the week I have flexibility before 11am and on most evenings.

I think that the best way to start with a cat is to show them that you are there to meet them, let them approach you, get familiar with you presence and offer them a little cuddle. From there it is up to each cat personality's to establish a friendship faster or slower. And of course, it is important to let them know that you are there to feed them and take care of them.

I offer cuddles, a good kneading session or playtime if they feel active, feeding, clean their toilets and give medicines if needed.
