Kathryn makes our holiday so much more relaxing knowing our 3 cats are getting the best care. Lots of photos of all 3 means we get to see that they are more than happy to spend time with her, especially our little nervous cat.

We were unable to go away as planned. Kathryn has been understanding of our changing arrangements and is always a great communicator.

Our first experience of ‘Cat in a Flat’ and we could not be happier. Kathryn communicated very well throughout and sent us regular updates and photos, which we really appreciated. She was happy to give meds and dealt confidently and appropriately with a minor health issue. And much nicer for Jeff to be able to stay at home.

Kathryn was great with our cats, we would highly recommend. One of our cats needed eye drops which wasn’t a problem. Kathryn sent us daily updates on how the cats were doing and we returned home to happy cats.

Kathryn was wonderful. It was our first time leaving our cat. Kathryn was reassuring and made the whole process very easy. She is reliable and great with communication.

Kathryn was really great and communicative. Very friendly and clearly loves cats. She made a special effort to comb Belle which was really appreciated as she had had some trouble with matted fur. Belle was very happy and calm when I returned. :)
