Charlotte is always reliable and professional, she keeps me up to date with messages and photographs. I come home to a happy cat.

Charlotte communicates really well before I go away and while I am on holiday. My cat can be shy and nervous but I come back to a happy relaxed cat .

Charlotte looked after our cat for the second time now and she did a great job as always. She sent regular updates with photos and took a really good care of our cat.

Charlotte has looked after Suki before, she is always reliable and once again we have come home to a chilled out little cat.

Charlotte was great! She provided a great care after our cat and send daily updates to us. Knowing that our cat was well looked after, made the trip away very easy.

Paula was chilled when I came back, even though I know she was a bit grumpy whilst I was away - this tells me that even though Paula was being grumpy Charlotte treated her with respect and care. She was well fed, litter box was clean, and the house was too. Thanks so much!

Charlotte was great. My cat is quite nervous around people so Charlotte visited him a couple times before I went away. He also needs daily medication and she was happy to this. He took to her really well and she sent daily updates, with pics which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend
