Kia was lovely! Our cat, Tabby, can be very nervous but Kia was gentle and kind and even managed to get a photo to send to us! We thought Tabby would just hide! Communication has been brilliant and wouldn’t hesitate to ask Kia to look after Tabby again. Highly recommended

We got daily messages and a video of them being played with and petted plus a quick text to say all is good. Having never left our animals home alone before Kia’s reassurance and professional animal care was super reassuring and wonderfully comforting.
