Val looked after our two very well - the cats were perfectly relaxed throughout as we could see on the videos Val sent us. She sent messages (incl photos) at each visit which is great for us - very reassuring. Val communicates well and always responds promptly. We would definitely recommend her & will be asking her to do more cat sitting for us :-)

Val was wonderful with my cat. She came to visit him beforehand and got familiar with his routines. Val sent lovely photos and videos of her and my cat playing which was reassuring. You can tell Val really cares for cats and spends meaningful time with them. I would definitely use Val again in the future and would highly recommend her.

Val looked after my three furry family members for a week and really took the time to get to know the cats before our holiday to understand what each character was like. Val is the most attentive and thoughtful cat sitter. She took such good care of our Enid, with videos and messages every visit we were so at ease. For being first time cat parents we were so at ease knowing that Val was going into our home and taking such amazing care of Enid. We came home to a very happy Kitty!

Val looked after out two cats for a fortnight. Communication was excellent before, during and after our holiday. It was lovely to see the cats relating so well to Val and we are happy we made the right decision choosing a cat sitter rather than putting them in a cattery.

We hadnt used a cat sitter before and we are so glad we found Val. Our two cats warmed to her the moment they met, and from various videos and photos sent to us everyday while we were away (which we loved!), they both enjoyed Val's visits and we could really relax knowing they were in safe hands. Val spent a nice amount of time with them too, so it was more than a visit to simply put their food down. Excellent, quick communication throughout too, everything was left super clean and tidy & we returned to two very happy cats. Would definitely recommend Val!

Val, was extremely reliable. Quick to contact me to arrange a pre visit and excellent communication during and after the sitting. I loved receiving photographs and videos of my two boys! They have really taken to Val too. Having cuddles and playing with Val. The boys were very happy and relaxed, as was I with Val taking care of my cats.

I would highly recommend Val. Even my scared cat loved her which was amazing. Val came around beforehand to visit meet my two cats, collect the keys and test they worked etc. While I was away, she sent regular updates both by video and message. Val has been amazing. Since getting a cat in lockdown I had never left my little boy before but Val was so kind, he had a great time and I completely relaxed on holiday with all the updates. She is 10000% trustworthy and was not phased when my travel plans changed last minute. I will absolutely be using Val again, my cat will not want anyone else but her!

The second time we've had Val look after Rosie. After the first time we knew that Val was our obvious choice. Val looked after and put our Rosie at ease. Rosie is 17 years old and can be quite timid. Val has such a way with her. She gave her medication and lots of play and cuddles. Val kept us regularly updated with photos and video messages on WhatsApp. This made our trip away so much better. We love our cat very much and hate to leave her but Val made a huge difference. When we returned home Rosie appeared to be more than happy.. In the past she would send us to Coventry after trips away. She obviously approves of our choice of cat sitter. In fact I'd say Rosie now has a favourite Aunty Val 😻😻😻

As always, Val is an absolute star with my fur babies and I can rest easy whilst I'm away. I feel so happy they no longer have to go into a cattery, which they hate, and can enjoy their home comforts instead whilst I'm away. Getting daily pics and updates puts my mind even more at rest. So happy with the service provided by Val. It's a relief to know the cats are in their own environment being looked after by someone that genuinely loves cats. Val makes the extra effort to stay and play with the cats rather than just coming in, feeding them and then leaving. Val has been fantastic with our cat who has been diagnosed with a heart condition. She has to have x2 tablets twice a day and this has been no problem for Val at all. As she has her own cats and is very experienced in all sorts of cat-care needs, Val is happy to give the tablets and we have been able to go away feeling assured that Monkey is in great hands! Val was brilliant. She was booked to look after our two 15 year old Girls. One of which Val was more than happy to medicate 2 x per day. Sadly and unexpectedly one of our girls Kitty had to be put to sleep the day before we were off for 3 nights to visit my daughter. Val went over and above for Rosie, Kitty's sister and spent time with her and kept her company and played with our poor sad Rosie. Rosie was looked after very well. Val sent us messages and videos and photos over WhatsApp. Rosie is a shy timid old puss and normally avoids people she doesn't know, however she made firm friends with Val. We can't thank Val enough for the way she cared for our Rosie at such a sad time. We shall definately have Val care for Rosie again. We are more than pleased

We met up before we left to cover all the details and information and Val kept us well updated with pictures and videos.
