Extremely responsive and I feel completely comfortable leaving Lena with my two fur babies who absolutely love her 😊

Rocky had been poorly with a skin condition and had been treated but was still not 100% so I was worried to go away. But Lena was the best cat mum you could ask for. Kind, knowledgeable, gentle, daily videos and updates. Rocky seemed to love her. She stayed over each night too. I felt totally reassured. Lena is the absolute best. Ten stars at least

Our first time using Lena and she did not disappoint! She was incredible and we returned home and Cleo and Gus were incredibly happy. We had constant updates and couldn’t be happier! We will definitely be using her again.

My cats loved Lena and she sent regular updates of the kitties. She was very caring and observant of their behaviours, making sure everything was ok. I would recommend her wholeheartedly!

Lena did a great job looking after Whitey. She kept us updated every day with lots of pictures, videos and detailed updates. Also the communication was great. Our trip was a lot more relaxing knowing that Whitey was in such good hands. Our cat is usually shy but he absolutely loved Lena! We came back to a happy cat. We would book her again anytime!

Zazu was super relaxed and playful when I returned. Clearly well played with and looked after. Although initially I was a bit worried if she would be able to give him enough time but she committed to making sure Zazu was happy. She was attentive and sent loads of pics and videos to keep me up to date and stress free on holiday. Thank you Lena!

Lena was great — flexible when my plans changed, great communication, kept me updated with texts/videos. My shy and socially selective;) Gracie warmed to her quickly — even let Lena brush her. Definitely plan to book her again.

I had to go out of the country for family emergency and Lena was available to look after my fur babies straightaway. She kept me informed with all the photos and videos of them and I was relieved while I was away, they were in safe hands. I’d highly recommend Lena and she is awesome.

Lena is great, very friendly and communicated well through videos and pics of my fur babies. One of them(fluffy who is usually don't trust strangers) even came to out play with Lena which never happened before, would totally recommend Lena and will be surely booking her in future

I cannot recommend Lena enough! My Yumi is quite shy, but she warmed up to Lena almost instantly. Lena sent me photos and updates everyday, giving me peace of mind while I was away. Everything she did was so thoughtful and caring, I will definitely be booking again!

Lena was amazing with Pepper. He can be shy around new people but he really warmed to her so she obviously has a great way with cats! It was the first time we had left him so it was so nice to receive text updates and photos. Highly recommend and Im sure Pepper can’t wait to hang out with her again!
