The Cat Lady Southwater

So glad we found Kara on Cat in a Flat. We can now go on holiday knowing Saffy will be looked after and loved whilst we are away.

Kara was very pleasant at our pre-holiday meeting and got on well with our two cats. She kept us well informed and sent photos while we were away. We would definitely recommend Kara and we plan to use her again soon. Alan Coysh

We have used Kara before to look after Polly and Stanley whilst we have been away on holiday. We have found her to be reliable and always kept us up-to-date following her visits and would send us photos of the guys enjoying themselves. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kara in looking after cats for their needs.

Kara was just the sort of person we were looking for from day 1. As Saffy had never been left at all we were unsure what to expect but we needn't have worried as they got on well and she even sat on Kara's lap which it has taken 3 years for her to do to me. This is the first time we've used kara,it definitely won't be the last.its the first time we've left Tilly and she not keen on strangers, so was a bit worried, I didn't need to worry Tilly took to kara very well and quickly, we had daily updates, photos and videos of Tilly having lots of fuss and stokes,and being a tart as usual,

Kara is a delightful young lady, she is reliable and friendly and kept us date on her visits. We have no hesitation on using her services again in the future and would recommend her to others looking for a cat sitter.

Kara was a great cat sitter whilst my husband and I were on honeymoon! Kara sent us daily photo and video updates, playing with our cats and giving them attention (as well as feeding and watering them). She even put our bins out for us! Kara's consistent contact whilst we were away put our minds at ease and we knew our cats were being looked after!

We came home to two very happy and contented cats. They had clearly been well looked after. Kara also sent us some photos during the week so we saw how happy they were.

We have used Kara for all our trips since moving to Southwater. From the first visit she has been so friendly and made us feel so comfortable leaving our 2 furbabies in her care. She always goes the extra mile in everything she does and ensures we are updated regularly on how they are doing! We have booked Kara twice now for looking after our Burmese while we have been away. As before Kara was wonderful with him and he is happy and chilled after all the attention. If (like we were) you were looking for an alternative to a cattery I would highly recommend Kara as her level of care and attention is superb.

My cat Jasper was very well looked after in his own home which to me is far better than leaving in a cattery, well fed and cared for, he was not stressed in the slightest, will definitely be booking again, thank you Kara x

We were looking for an alternative to a cattery after hearing mixed reviews so looked online and found Kara, and after an initial meeting, her we booked her to visit the house to feed our elderly Burmese twice a day for a week. We are so glad we did. Kara has been a godsend and has really made a fuss of him! Would definitely recommend Kara and will be definitely looking to rebook her again next time we are away! Not sure Jasper would forgive us if we didn’t.
