Cat sitter in Forestdale

Nivi was great - our cats were all well cared for and our elderly puss got his special food and medication! Happy cats all round.

Nivi was thorough and everything was neat and tidy when we returned. However, there were times when we had to press Nivi for an update on our 2 cats and we only received photos from a couple of visits - this wasn't a big issue but was quite frustrating as these were not as regular as we are used to from Cat in a Flat. During one visit, Nivi opened a window (having been told that the cats were not to be let outside whilst we were away) and the cats bolted through it. She managed to get one back inside and, to her credit, stayed the full day to try and get the other one back in, and stayed longer on the other days to try and get the cat back. Unfortunately one of our cats was left outside for 48 hours (with access to the house, which then had to be left unsecure). This was very worrying and upsetting for us (especially as we in a remote area of Scotland attending a family wedding). Having more regular communication with and updates from Nivi would have reassured us. She did manage to get the cat back in after 2 days. The cats were very pleased to see us when we came home.

Nivi looked after Indy whilst we were away for the weekend. She sent me a picture and updates when she pooped into see her and was very reliable and helpful. Thank you.

Nivi took good care of my two cats whilst I was away for a week. She was quick to communicate and flexible when it came to me having to change the dates slightly. Thanks very much!
