Charlotte was brilliant. I was very worried about leaving Thomas for the first time as he came to me last year very frightened and scared of people. Within seconds Charlotte put him and me at ease. It was very reassuring to get updates and pics of Thomas looking happy and relaxed and looking for chin scratches.

When I got back he was well fed, calm and like I'd never been away. Would happily recommend Charlotte as a great cat sitter

Charlotte is a vivacious and likeable character, intelligent, trustworthy and sensible, the minute I met her I knew she would do a great job, and she did! Our cats are pretty needy, and this was the first time I had used Cat in the Flat but Charlotte made the whole process run smoothly and I was completely reassured by her WhatsApp contact and attention to detail, I would thoroughly recommend her!

As always, Charlotte did a wonderful job looking after our cat Shirley with plenty of photos whilst we were away! She was also thoughtful in staying in contact re. other cats stealing Shirley’s food and made some good suggestions as to how we could help prevent this. A brilliant cat sitter!

Charlotte is a natural with cats and a lovely person. Cookie is a timid and quiet kitty but Charlotte knew exactly how to look after her. I felt very reassured leaving Cookie with her knowing that with her extensive experience looking after cats, Charlotte would give Cookie the care and love she needed. Charlotte was an excellent cat sitter for my beautiful 2 year old tabby & white cat, Elsie. Charlotte visited me and Elsie beforehand. She was super diligent at taking and sending photos and videos twice a day which allowed me to relax knowing Elsie was a happy cat! Elsie was clearly content and happy when I got back - no ignoring me for days. It’s so nice to have a local cat sitter, I trust. Will use Charlotte again and can recommend you do too!

Charlotte was fantastic. She was very reliable, even when we had to change our plans over Christmas a bit. She sent photos of our kitten every day so we knew she was okay, and we came back to a happy little cat. If you are anxious cat-parents like us, I would very much recommend Charlotte for putting you at ease!

Charlotte looked after our cat Shirley for two weeks whilst we went away to get married and on honeymoon! We couldn't have been happier with her care, and Shirley was a content and healthy cat when we got back! We met Charlotte before confirming the booking and she was very friendly, professional and wasn't afraid to ask questions to make sure she understood everything properly. Our cat, Monkey, has problems with her digestion sometimes, so Charlotte fed her a specially prescribed vet food in specific quantities. Monkey is very slow to warm up to people and is a cautious kind of cat. Charlotte understood this and was very patient with her. Charlotte sent us photos every time she visited, as we had asked her to do. This was so reassuring to us because we usually worry, however this time we didn't at all, we could relax and enjoy our time away! When we got home the house was very clean and Monkey is happy and well. I'd definitely recommend Charlotte, as a reliable, confident, trustworthy person who understands cats and cares about them and their different needs. We'd have no hesitation about booking her again. Charlotte was brilliant, I needed to go home last minute so had to find someone to take care of my cat at short notice. Charlotte responded quickly and professionally. You could really tell she loved cats and animals in general and I felt at ease leaving my cats with her. I would definitely use her again in the future and I highly recommend her.
