Alison looked after our older cat who has a few health issues. She medicated him, tried different foods and helped him with grooming and even changed his bedding. She sent regular updates and we came home to a happy, relaxed kitty. We were able to enjoy being away confident that our cat was in a safe pair of hands. Highly recommended.

She came with a pen and pad to note Tina’s wants and needs, asked all the important questions such as which vet she’s registered, emergency contacts, where to find her carrier, etc. Communication was great and she sent me photo updates. Alison is simply the very best of the best. She adeptly handles three maine coons (two very very large and boisterous kittens). Alison's updates are hilarious, generous, and smart. One of my beauties has epilepsy and Alison has no problem giving her meds for this. Playtime is abundant. When I came home, they were very happy babies.

Alison looked after our two cats while we were overseas for 12 days. She is very thorough and volunteers a minimum of 50 minutes per visit, which we feel made a huge difference as when we returned our cats were clearly happy despite our absence, which is a first. She sent us regular updates with photos and videos for each visit. Highly recommended!

Alison is a fantastic sitter, by far the best we’ve used from Cat in a Flat. She is organized, punctual and detail orientated. She made sure to organize all our cat’s details and make notes so we were left assured that our cat (and indeed our flat!) were looked after perfectly while we were away. Alison sent us daily updates and photos, watered our plants and was great at keeping in touch, which was really appreciated and made us feel at ease while we were away. Alison gets a 10+ star rating. She was extremely funny, competent, caring and generous with our 'pride' of four playful but challenging ferals!
