Matilde was excellent! At the initial meeting, she asked great questions that showed she knows what she's doing when it comes to cat-sitting. Throughout the process, Matilde communicated well. She sent us frequent updates including pictures (and even a video) of our cat. We came home to find our cat happy and healthy. I highly recommend Matilde!

Matilde provided excellent communication from the start and came and met the cats prior to her job. She provided regular updates and spent a lot of time playing with them both. We would definitely book her again when we need to.
